Found what I wanted and staff very helpful

We popped in to look at some shoes on offer, found the ones we wanted, asked staff if we could try them on, no problem at all. Bought 2 pairs. Staff were really helpfull.

Fabulous shies for summer , they fit!
( l have narrow feet and one is 1/2 size bigger the other more narrow and shallow sole) shoes robust and well made

I was looking for a particular pair of shoes which was out of stock locally, the store l rang gave me the details of a store that had them. I called them to check they had them first & they kindly put them aside for me, tried them on & bought them, it was worth the long drive . Great customer service 👍

Bit slow only 1 staff on and now u keep emailing 2 to 3 times a day

I ordered two pair’s of sandals for the first time on line I found the experience easy and straightforward and I was able to pick them up locally the service was very good and the staff friendly

See piken to buy one of the assistants but after that no customer service

They make you very welcome nothing is to much trouble . They don’t push you into anything . There is nothing more stressing than someone looking over you . The shop is very pleasant to walk around . Thank you for lovely staff .

Nothing wrong, I got very comfortable shoes for a very reasonable price. I was delighted.
I was in the Falkirk shop, I would recommend some signage out in the car park, as it is within a large garden centre and took some finding, nearly gave up.

Very helpful, enthusiastic and positive lady served me and passed on the Sale onto her junior, who was clearly in training. Clearly her influence was being transferred to the trainee, who was also a pleasure to deal with. Well done to both, please pass on my comments to both of them

Saw the slippers I wanted online but wanted to try them on first. Went to the store and found what I was looking for without any problems. Staff were helpful and when I got to the counter to pay, the lovely lady asked if I had tried them on and was friendly.
