I was kept up-to-date with texts & emails. I was asked to name a 'safe place' in case I was not home. I was told the delivery driver was 4 stops away & it would take 6 minutes. Nothing had arrived by 45 minutes later although I had received a text confirming delivery. I then went round to our front door (which does not open & does not have a letterbox) where the parcel had been left in full view of anyone passing despite the sign indicating that deliveries should be made to the side door.

Since gaining weight I've struggled to get a pair of boots to fit other than ankle high. Your staff in the outlet centre in Swindon, particularly the older lady, could not have been more helpful or understanding. She helped me find a pair of calf-high boots which did fit & she was genuinely happy for me. She said it had "made her day".
