Fast service
Fast service but one of the books I ordered was a completely different book. I was allowed to keep it and got send the right one after getting into contact with them. The books overall aren't all of the best quality but good enough to read.

Don’t waste your money
I ordered 2 books which were meant to be in very good condition and both came with pages torn out and severely weathered/damaged. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this website.

Great purchases everytime
Great purchases and great prices and always fast delivery. My only minor issue is i wish it was made more obvious whether the books are paper or hard backed as I have arthritis in my wrist. Apart from that, no other comments.

Terrible customer service and a quality lottery
Clearly nobody checks the books before they're dispatched. Despite only selecting 'very good' condition, I've had books with pages stuck together with liquid, ripped, bent, even cover corners missing. They also frequently send out ex-library books covered in labels without notification which is unacceptable.
I want to support second hand sales as a sustainability commitment but when their 'solution' is just to send out another copy (that's also not been checked for quality) the carbon footprint of delivery spirals. Their customer service is an AI bot which further undermines their green credentials.
I can't buy from them again, it's too much of a lottery whether you get what you've paid for.

Claimed a new book was damaged
We sold a box of books with no issue, I sent a second box of books including a brand new law dictionary that was worth $76 trade value. They claims it was damaged and would not say why or return the book. They refuse to discuss at all just said once I mail the books they take ownership and there's nothing I can do. They took a brand new book and did not pay me for it just said it was damaged and did not meet their requirements. It was brand new!!

Good books at a great price
Got a couple of books I was after in good condition and at a great price with quick delivery. I have brought books on several occasions from world of books and they are always reasonable price so I would highly recommend buying books from them.
