Bad trend, not getting what ordered/advertised
First off other then one issue it would be a 4-5 Star. The issue is the problem. First order spot on. 2nd was 17 books and one came without a dust cover and was not listed that way. We kept it. Mind you I'm OCD so thats an issue. 3rd order was spot on. Last order of 26 books is inbound but have already been informed in the shipping invoices that 2 don't have covers. Both were listed with covers and covers shown in the picture (including the invoice picture) but now informed no cover. And one of them is $17.00 and listed as excellent condition/relatively new. Excellent is not without a cover! Would have skipped when ordered as its new on Amazon for $22. Thought save $5 and add points but now its coming with no cover. Seems you may not get what you order and theres no Contact Us area to complain. Already had a 5th order started that I may delete and go back to looking in stores. Need to be more precise on the condition
