Never had a problem, but on this ocassion did. Tried to order on-line for some reason I couldn't. Rang Customer Service spoke to.a very helpful friendly man. He placed my.order for me and sent a confirmation by email. No complaints here

Whilst my parcel was delivered the day after I ordered. Unfortunately it was left on my doorstep, in full view
of anyone walking passed my house. I feel.lucky it wasn't stolen.

The only downside of ordering with QVC is the expensive post and packaging

Simple.to order. Found what I required. Ordered it paid for it, received it in 2 days. Excellent service. Have been a customer for a while and have never been disappointed.

Visited the Shenstone cafe today 4th January One table was available cluttered with dirty dishes and uneaten food. We sat and waited a.while, eventually my daughter cleared the mess and cleaned the table with a wipe. Ordered food, when it arrived there was 3 sausages, half dozen chips, peas and brolli which was going to seed. The onion gravy was thin brown water with no onions in sight and very.little taste. We were sorely disappointed.My grandsons meal.of fish fingers chips and peas was a much bigger portion - he ate fish fingers and couple of chips left the rest. Its not a cheap menu in my.opinion but in fact a waste of money. I'd happily pay.more if the food was good. Sadly won't.be returning.



I've since had a phone call.from.the manager who.had apologised profusely. He admitted the kitchen staff is struggling with the number of orders and cutting corners. He assures me that he will take my comments on board and put new measures in.place. I appreciate he took the time to speak with.me hopefully things will.improve

Hi lovely quality leggings - well package and delivery on time. One thing I would like to.point out is the length of them - it would be good to have a choice of shorter lengths

Good service except for the delivery - was home but left parcel with neighbour which is OK - but dont think the door was knocked or bell rang
