Poor quality
I thought the quality wasn’t what I expected from Silent Night. They looked very soft and fluffy on the TV but taking them out of the bag they were thin and not fluffy.

Two orders wrong
Had sandals on wait list when they did arrive was not ones I orderd. I recently had to return a blouse as it was too small on return invoice re ordered different colour bigger size but got email to say it was on its way only to notice wrong size has got sent out so will be returning it without trying on.

Bare root plant
Tried to write a review on product I purchased but cannot find anywhere on website to to this so a using trust pilot. Purchased bareroot peach tree (Yougarden) March 2026, followed planting instructions to the letter nothing happened (later show another viewer had same problem, told to do scratch test and still plenty of time for it to come to life, did this and 6 months later plant is still the same twig like structure as when I bought it, now too late to send it back and I have 1 very disappointed young grandchild who has waited all summer for this stick to come to life
