I really love and respect this company . Of late however when I returned goods with more than one item 3 times I've had problems with trying to get my refunds absolutely no fault of Contact centre they are brilliant but just wondering is there something happening at the returning office as the item were all in same packaging and yet some items didn't arrive back at the office ok sorry that's the only problem.
