I have repeatedly given Grubhub many chances and now I am Done. Customer service is rude they do not want to listen they say oh i am sorry no you are frustrated blah blah blah blah. And to add insult even more they want to give u a 5.00 credit towards something else which is a joke. Orders are always late, or they say delivered and they are not, or messed up nasty order or cold. Its so expensive now at days this is all unacceptable whether its eat in, delivery or pick up it shld be 100percent when you order food at say 800pm and its like 1000 when it arrives totally unexpected, when a delivery time is given say 30 minutes and two hours later come on. service , customer service and food quality not what it used to be no one cares anymore so with that my grubhub will be no more its not worth the money or aggrevation .

4 out of 5 times there's never a driver available. My orders are always late and cold. Their AI customer service is a joke. Deleting the app all together.

Missing $50 worth of food they refuse to do anything about it

The last 3 orders I made has been plagued with issues. Mainly having my food get to me. Earlier they had to cancel my order AGAIN due to driver issues and then the food has been wrong everytime due to not getting the correct order. I got the service for free thru Amazon and I'm getting what I paid for. NOTHING! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

Grubhub delivery drive went a on a 'personal errand' while my food sat in the front seat getting cold! A 15 minute delievry arrived 40 minutes later, only for me to witness the driver 'tamper' with my order for a full 4 minutes. When I approached him and questioned him as to what he was doing, he froze. Advised him that I was refusing the order and contacting GrubHub. Spoke with a 'Supervisor' explained what happened and offered to send them the doorbell video of the driver'Mike' clearly tampering with the food, they declined and advised me that my "order was not eligible for any type of compensation" when questioned as to why... i was told because the driver marked the order as 'Delivered', later confirmed by the restaurant that the order was never returned to them! So, not only does GrubHub hire liars, thieves and criminals...they CONDONE their actions. Even after a BBB complaint corporate GrubHub refused to budge on their decision. As it stands now, GrubHub and 'Mike' will need to answer for their actions and decisions as I have filed a civil and criminal case against GrubHub and Mike for theft, fraud and product tampering. I have submitted the video evidence, recorded calls, and all written correspondes. On a side note, GrubHub closed my account and banned me from their platform for breach of terms for calling their 'Supervisor' an idiot! As if I were ever going to use them again in any way shape or form!

CONSTANT WRONG FOOD DELIVERED.THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME WHEN I STATED TO PLEASE RING BELL WHICH DRIVER NEVER DID.THREW MY PIZZA ON GROUND IN POURING RAIN.MISSING ITEMS FROM FOOD.DELIVERED COLD MULTIPLE TIMES.

Many times I've had experiences with terrible drivers. They delivered my food often times to the wrong places, and when I contacted them, they didn't even try to fix the problem. Customer service could only offer me a 10% discount on my next order, but that doesn't solve the issue of my loss of food. Other than that, when the food DOES arrive, the drivers who actually give me my food are very nice, and all the good is actually there.

I ordered ice cream w priority delivery and it was an hour late and they refused to give me a refund. Enough said right? And this is at least the third time they’ve messed up an order royally.

Hope they go out of business I’m done with them.

There’s always a problem getting exactly what i order whether it’s grocery or restaurants. And if you have one issue that they take care of, there’s no way to contact support again if something else went wrong.

Customer service is horrible the agent referenced the order as happening yesterday while it was still active. And of course they do everything in their power not to fix their mistakes and refund you.

I ordered over sixty dollars worth of food.It gave me less than half of what I ordered, and they didn't refund it.They just gave me a five dollar credit.

Drivers really need to pay attention address details. I dont known if they cant read or just dont care. Grubhub should vet their drivers better. Then when the order is wrong or missing they dont want to give a refund. Only partial credits. They dont want to take accountability for their incompetent drivers.

They delay the order a couple of times and then cancel it. This had happened to me several times. I live in Albuquerque and Grubhub simply is not competent to compete here right now. Avoid if you can, and do not count the grubhub+ membership as part of Prime. That benefit is invalid here.

Can’t get shit right ….. they are robbing everyone stop using this crap get up and get some fresh air if no one on grub hub support wants to help …what’s the point of them … ass app ass company ass everything about grub hub …. Ass (SUPPORT TEAM)

Save your money and don’t let these people rob you I ordered 5 drinks ? 50 dollars lol really hahaha it’s insane thanks but no thanks …. Trust me grub hub sucks and also I gotta mention they suck

Every single time it’s an issue

Delivered to another house who knows where... Grubhub supervisor claims I'm not "eligible" for a refund but "can have $5 off my next delivery" EXCUSE ME... NEXT TIME?? This is the second time one of their terrible drivers has left me hungry. Never again.

My order was not delivered. I was sent a picture of the delivery. The picture was not my door. They rfuse to refund me because I have complained before. I have given them delivery instructions which continue to be ignored. Twice, I have canceled my order because it took over an hour to get food. I'm basically paying the cost because they are unable to hire drivers.

I placed a $48.96 order from Applebee's in Greensboro NC. The delivery guy, Ronaldo, text and said its delivered....huh???? I'm outside on my patio, waiting and he says delivered...well I contact Grubhub, hoping they'll refund me bc the guy only sent a picture of the bag on a mat....God knows where it was ...my building number nor my apartment number was photographed BUT grubhub is questioning ME bc I made a hotel address error in FLORIDA in JUNE.. easy honest mistake..I stayed in 2 different hotels during my son's wedding weekend and got the hotels mixed up. BUT HERES THE KICKER....they sent me a form to fill out for me to explain why I should get my refund BUT after sending all the info, last 4 card number info, order info, order number, screenshots...when I pushed submit, it sends you to yr email to verify its you AFTER THEY SENT THE DAMN EMAIL TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE and when u click it, ya gotta start over...fell for that crap 2x. Guess I gotta find another delivery service...GRUBHUB SUCKS

Grub Hub is the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. Definitely the bottom of the barrel. I had multiple issues of getting the wrong order, orders being cancelled due to the lack of drivers, very few restaurants use them, multiple restrictions such as different delivery hours with Grub Hub that are better with the other companies. I highly discourage anybody from using them. You’ll quite likely be dissatisfied.

This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I've ever had.

I was visiting Cincinnati and ordered Chipotle through Grubhub. About an hour later, I received a notification that my order had been delivered, along with a photo as proof. To my surprise, the photo showed my food dumped in the middle of the sidewalk, with the contents spilled everywhere. It was completely inedible.

I immediately contacted Grubhub support and explained what had happened. I asked if they could have my food redelivered. The representative initially agreed and told me to call customer care. After explaining the entire situation again to customer care, I requested a full refund since the food had been ruined. Instead of trying to make things right or offering any reasonable solution, the representative simply canceled my order to process the refund.

While I eventually received my money back, the experience was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I went over an hour without dinner, had to make multiple phone calls, and was left to deal with a careless delivery and poor customer service. Delivering food in the middle of a sidewalk is unacceptable, and Grubhub's handling of the situation was just as disappointing. This is going to be posted on all social media platform.

I expect much better from a company that people rely on for food delivery.

Stay AWAY from Grubhub!!!!! They NEVER arrive on time & when the driver does finally drop off your food, it is COLD!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again!!!!!!!!! They are the WORST!!!!!

I ordered for my first time on grub hub. The driver never delivered my order. On top of that a refund was refused. I was not eligible for it.

STAY AWAY FROM GRUBHUB! I have several complaints about GrubHub but here's the last straw which had me deleting my membership and account. Extremely poor and shady customer service and not honoring their late guarantee. Even with evidence they wouldn't honor their late delivery. When confronted with the evidence and time stamps, they denied it without a reason. I asked them what's the reason as I showed them the evidence and they couldn't give one..just sorry. NEVER AGAIN!
