Disgraceful, unreliable service. Arrived in Dublin airport going to Dundrum, it should have left at 7.15pm, but didn't until 8.20pm. we had been given information that it was going to arrive soon but never did so it meant that people waited in the rain all that time. Returning to the airport from Dundrum bus didn't arrive, phone and told it would be 20 minutes, 6 people after 40 minutes had to get taxis to the airport. Don't use this service and hopefully when it fails a reliable company can take over the route.

Absolute worst bus service in Ireland. Time and time again they are so very late, airport connection does not show up most of the time and you are left stranded at the Red cow depot. The buses are filthy and there are some very questionable driving practises. 0 stars

Bus was clean, comfortable and on time leaving Ennis. Driver was friendly and helpful

Taking the last bus from Kilkenny to Dublin that was supposed to arrive at 9:40 on as per the timetable on the website.
The bus came at 9:50 pmthat’s okay 10 min late but waited at the stop for 30 min then moved and stopped at the macdonagh junction stop for another 30 min at this point the bus left from Kilkenny at almost 11 pm.

The stopped in the middle of the main road just a little outside the city.

This company should be completely shut down is not safe, hygienic and definitely not reliable.

Wish I could give 0 stars. How is this company still going? Rude staff, buses just don’t show up, absolute joke! They should be ashamed of it.

Absolutely useless and a scam to draw money out of people.
As a student I cannot travel with a travel and have to pay full price to do so! As well as this they give no refunds whatsoever. All a ploy to extract as much money from the consumer with a below hell level experience.

Sometimes if I buy a ticket online it wrongly states that it has been used and I have to buy a complete new one on the bus. Bus drivers know this is an issue but still force me to pay even though they see when the ticket was bought.

Save your money and pay for actual quality if you're doing one trip. If you are forced against your will to be a regular user of this server then God bless.

I don't understand why this company can still survive and is not yet liquidated.
Always late, dirty bus, rude drivers and staff. The disgraceful staff will just ignore you if you make complaint.

I would rather paying more instead of travelling with them. What a disgraceful filthy company.

Badly run service. Old buses, dirty, poor customer service. 0 empathy or respect. If they weren't pretty much the only option for getting places, you'd never use them.

If I could give less stars I would, the service is absoloutely terrible, with buses being up to 3 hours late, keep in mind the bus I was supposed to be taking comes every 30 minutes according to their timetable, so thats 6 buses that werent even late, they just never showed up!! Not to mention the bus drivers are genuinly evil and horriffic people, being extremely aggressive and rude to deal with. I've seen a bus driver outwardly refuse people of colour on the bus, being unapoligetically racist and claiming the bus was "too full" when it was clearly empty. The whole interaction was shocking to watch and I was appalled.
I've also witnessed a bus driver refuse to stop anywhere for no apparent reason, refusing to let off passengers at the stops that they paid to get to, this meant that passengers that were supposed to get off at the Red Cow in Dublin ended up being forced against their will to travel all the way to Limerick, being stranded there with no explanation. Also I should mention that it was a night bus, so these people were more than 2 hours away from their intended destination, completely stranded in the middle of the night, in a fairly rough part of the city with nowhere to go.
These are only a couple of my terrible experience with this bus service, and if you ask literally anyone whos ever taken this bus, they have a horror story to tell about it. I want to reiterate that the bus drivers arent merely unpleasant, they are actually spiteful and mean people who will go directly out of their way to be aggressive and horrible to the passengers.
I am actually shocked that this bus is somehow still in service. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUS!!
Also side note if you decide to risk it, and the bus never shows up as it usually does, the service just will not refund your online tickets, pleeease just use bus eireann or something else instead.

Dreadful service. It is reliably late. This morning it was late by 30 minutes and then the driver stopped for another 20 minutes on the way. The buses are also in a terrible condition and smell bad. Why the government hasn't replaced this terrible service is beyond me.

Just a warning. If you prepay for a ticket, and your flight is delayed, you can use it on the next bus. Unless, of course, the delay means that the next bus leaves after midnight, which is technically the next day, and your ticket won’t scan on their system. Of course you can pay by card for a new ticket. They’ll be delighted to sell you one. Dublin Coach of course won’t be issuing a refund. Bus itself was fine, although I was amused to note the ‘professional driver’ sailing up the middle lane of the almost empty m50 for most of the trip. Only managed about 100 metres in the driving lane before exiting.

Terrible service, 45 minutes late so missed our connecting train, smelled like a bathroom, horrendous experience and worse customer service.

The bathroom is full of urine on the floor and everywhere, horribly wet everywhere, it’s not accessible… the whole bus stinks of urine and ever corner is DIRTY. The driver doesn’t show any empathy nor the possibility to stop to allow me to pee in a bathroom or even in the field. Horrible, not acceptable

Get on this bus every single day and it’s genuinely DISGUSTING — ur bus stinks of urine and it’s every SINGLE one I get on. It’s a genuine joke. Every single bus I get on which is DAILY it smells so SO bad. I literally cannot breathe in your bus without gagging its actually disgusting. And the fact that it’s the smell of urine aswell is 10 times worse. Clean your bathroom on the bus and stop letting people sit in urine smells. It’s disgusting. Actually vile. I don’t know how the hell someone hasn’t done something about this yet because this isn’t just a one time thing it’s EVERY bus of yours I get on. And what the hell is with your drivers being so rude? Every single time I have a ticket and every single time I get treated like I’m after sneaking onto your bus. The rudeness and the smell is diabolical.

Hello.I booked 3 tickets last 2 weeks ago and my husband was sick and we can go and we don’t use tickets.
Last year was available 30 days for travelling but this year not .They said you lost the money,25€ .We can’t give refund.
I want to write , I don’t RECOMMEND GREEN BUS COACH 300 they aren’t kind and all the time late ,never on time .
Last month I waited 1hour .😡🤬

No 15.15 service from Dundrum arrived. Tracker not working. Phone not answered. The days of non accountability are over. Won't be using service again. Doesn't deserve to be 8n business

Bus was on time so no complaints with that and the driver was pleasant however from the moment I stepped on the bus it stank of urine! Absolutely terrible! No air con working. I sat by and open window but had to endure the smell for the entire trip from Kilkenny to Cork which made me feel sick.
This isn't right, please for decencies sake, clean your buses!

Worst bus service in the country.

I was getting a bus from Naas to Dublin airport. I needed to be at the airport for 2pm so I said I’d get the bus at 11:55 to be there on time.

The first bus did not arrive at all, the second bus arrived at 1:30 when it was scheduled to arrive for 12:55

The customer contact number is useless and does not put you through to anyone. I contacted their email and eventually got a useless email back not compensating in any way and told me to keep an eye out for the next bus.

The condition of the buses are terrible, they regularly break down, the seating are ripped and have drawings on them and rubbish is frequently left around the bus.

The drivers barely speak good enough English to explain themselves and why they’re late, and they are also are rude and unapologetic for their incompetence.

The app for tracking is useless and the time for arrival can be changed at a whim. So if it is to arrive in 20mins it can be 40mins-1hour

If possible, share a taxi, carpool, get another service to Dublin and get to the airport from there because it’s not worth risking being late for, even if you think you’re leaving at a good time.

Stay clear, do not use this “service”
