Review request sent via email to rate the experience with Snowleader after jacket never even arrived, which seems like an odd thing to request. Atrocious experience, do not order from this site. Delivery does not occur and there is no customer service, will ignore emails, AI chatbot.

I'm not sure if this is even a real…

I'm not sure if this is even a real company or if I have been scammed. Bought a ski jacket, it was supposedly shipped on 3rd Jan and noted on tracking would arrive by 9th Jan. It is now the 14th and it says it has not left France on the tracking. There is a supposed 'chat' contact on the website that does not link to anyone no matter how many times you try, and no -one replies to emails. I will not receive my order on time for the planned trip and will be out of pocket for another new jacket due to this site. There is no customer service.

Absolute worst bus service in Ireland

Absolute worst bus service in Ireland. Time and time again they are so very late, airport connection does not show up most of the time and you are left stranded at the Red cow depot. The buses are filthy and there are some very questionable driving practises. 0 stars
