21.50€ for administrative "formalities", TWICE
21.50€ to read a package label for an import? They marked it as "administrative formalities"; I call that administrative robbery. €9 for import fees, but 21.50€ just to read a label... In the end, I'm paying as much to import the product as the product itself costs. This has already happened to me twice. If I could get paid 20 every time I read a label, I'd do it in a heartbeat. If you can use anything other than Bpost for an import, do it.
And even then, that's only when they aren't on strike for a month when I urgently need something a package.

Its the 3rd time that happens on…
Its the 3rd time that happens on Saturdays. The postman says nobody was home and the parcel was send to a pick up point.
I have been home all the times and noone knocked or rang the door.
I ordered something as it was fast delivery as i was going on vacation.
This time, its already Monday and it's not even delivered on the collection point.
What a shame
