Fast delivery, but package wasn't handled carefully
The delivery was fast, one day earlier than Amazon predicted. Because of this, I wasn't at home at the day of delivery. When I got home, I noticed the package sticking out the mailbox. Which wasn't fine because of two issues.
First: Anyone could have grabbed the package. I live in a city centre, my mailbox is right on the street. Any passerby could have taken it, especially now it's dark so early in the day. I didn't need my key to open up my mailbox, since only part of the package was tucked inside of the mailbox. The item I ordered (sticker labels on a cardboard roll) didn't fit my mailbox, so it was entirely outside of the mailbox, with on the lid partly on top of it.
Second: the package was a paper envelope, which had become wet because of the rain that day. This made me worried about the state of my item. Luckily, the labels inside of the envelope were wrapped in plastic. So thanks to the plastic and the rain not being too heavy, the item wasn't damaged.
But if the package had contained anything else, it could have been damaged by the rain. And it could easily have been stolen.

Delivery without ringing
Deposit of the parcel in the mailbox in the evening, which is fine, but as the carrier doesn't ring the bell, the package remains all night in our box that is on street level and unlocked.
