Elson from helpdesk support deserves kudos

Very hard to get support. The IT department seems to be incompetent or not testing their solutions. I had an issue for months with my account and nobody seemed to take responsibility. However, today I found Elson from support to be very helpful. The issue is not completely solved yet, but he did really everything he could to advance on a solution. Thank you Elson.
