Poor availability and not friendly
I am now finally on my way to return some clothes to Zara. After this frustration of delivery company. The one thing is for sure… no more online shopping of Zara if they are using this currier company. I don’t recommend this at very limited spots. Not friendly service

Embarrassingly bad service
I was recieving a package and have always been able to pick it up from a locker. This time it said that it had to delivered to my apartment and the option of leaving it behind the door was not available. So I changed plans and waited an entire evening only to get a message after 9pm that they aren’t bringing the package. Next morning I get a notification that the package should arrive in the evening. I again change my plans and wait to receive my package... Only for it to be left behind the door without the driver knocking or ringing my doorbell. So two evenings waisted for a package that was just dropped outside my home without any explanation?! Really unprofessional and embarrassing.

Not delivering on time
I got the opportunity to get it earlier on (if I switched box) which I did. Then the delivery is not coming that day, neither the next, but the day it should have arrived with the original box. But now my package is further away without gaining any delivery time.
