Could have left for a cheaper ISP but 3 years later...
Been with Aquiss 3 years now on their 900/115 residential plan. I am so pleased with the service, I have just recontracted for another 12 months. This means I can take advantage of their new customer offers.
There are cheaper ISPs out there, but I love the reliability and knowledgeable customer service.
My partner & I work from home (MS Teams & Zoom meetings) and Aquiss always delivers.
5* Customer Support
Been with Acquiss for a year and have had zero issues with the service. The customer service has been exceptionally, far exceeding expectations, with messages responded to very quickly. Makes a huge difference speaking to someone who knows what they are doing rather than spending hours on phone to call centres with some of the bigger providers!
Despite me leaving Acquiss (purely financial / change of circumstances), Martin has still assisted me with queries relating to me leaving very promptly. Amazing service!
Great speeds, great customer service!
Have been a very happy customer for just under a year now. Experiencing great speeds, and friendly, prompt customer service. Had an issue when I first got setup, which was a configuration issue with my router (so nothing to do with Aquiss). Contacted support and was all sorted out in less than 30mins. Very friendly customer service, things explained at exactly the right level. Would have no problem recommending in the future.

I joined Aquiss a few days ago, I am so delighted with their service. I was having great difficulties with the previous company. Moving to Aquiss the issues were instantly resolved.
Aquiss: no-nonsense service
Aquiss provides a no-nonsense, fully-featured internet connection. You get a static IPv4 address and also a static IPv6 /56 network. No CGNAT, no content filtering.
Switched from BT
Switched from BT, it was slightly pricier but it's worth the extra. When I phone support it's straight through and usually speak with Martin who is very helpful. He is very knowledgable and doesn't ask silly questions that you get from BT's customer support. Would recommend it for great speed and customer support.

I have been an Aquiss Customer for 5 years and find them very reliable and always helpful on the phone. Their pricing structure is very clear and doesn't increase every 6 months. They are not the cheapest on paper, but their prices are fair and give you the confidence that you won't have to switch every year to get out of a bad contract, which is the case with some other providers,
Impeccable customer service
I've been with Aquiss for many years now and have always been really happy with them. The customer service is impeccable - 'Oldschool' customer service values - I have always (over 15 years) dealt with Martin in tech support, who gives great advice and deals efficiently with any issues, and always keeps me informed of progress.

Incredible Customer Support
Words cannot adequately describe the level of customer service we have had from Aquiss. At the end of the day an internet connection is an internet connection - what matters from a service provider is how they get you back up and running when things go wrong. Our house is slightly isolated and we have had huge issues with OpenReach which have affected only us. Aquiss have been amazing working with us and OpenReach to get things fixed. If we hadn't been with Aquiss I honestly don't think we would have working internet right now. There is no way they have made enough money from our subscription to cover the time they have spent helping us but they have continued to be amazing throughout.
Switched from Virgin to Aquiss
Switched to Aquiss with CityFibre earlier in the year and absolutely cannot fault them. From placing the order I was up and running within a week and that included getting the CityFibre guys out to run the fibre. Aquiss handled all this automatically and just let me know when I needed to be in for the install. Since then I've had no downtime that I can think of and just a solid, fast internet connection. Pricing is more than fair and support is brilliant if you ever need it. Highly recommended.

Over a year now that I chose Aquiss for full-fibre broadband and couldn’t be more impressed. From signup to setup, the process was smooth and transparent—with clear communication from Martin, the Managing Director, who handled support personally rather than relying on automated systems or call-center scripts. I still remember his 'two Labrador alarm clock' reply when I first got in touch to enquire about broadband at the crack of dawn and expected an automated message. The connection has been rock-solid, delivering exactly the speeds I paid for—no dropouts, no fuss. Aquiss doesn't tie you into long-term fixed-price hikes; instead, they offer fair, straightforward contracts and expect you to provide your own router, which lets you choose hardware that suits your setup.
To me what stood out most was the human touch: support tickets are handled quickly and personally, often by Martin himself, going beyond the typical ISP experience. It’s clear Aquiss values long-term relationships over quick profits.
Strongly recommend if you value reliability and genuinely caring customer support.
Perfect OTS Switch.
Having recently transitioned from Yayzi to Aquiss through OTS, I must say that my experience with Yayzi was quite challenging. It was a relief to be able to speak with someone directly on the phone, and Martin was particularly helpful in providing reassurance.
I initiated the sign-up process on August 18th and the switch was completed at 8:24 am on the 28th, immediately following the engineer's setup of the new ONT (XGS upgrade).
I am now experiencing improved latency, stability, and overall performance, with IPV6 enabled, and I am achieving approximately 2200/2300 up and down speeds with a 4ms latency on the 2500 package.
Outstanding Service and Customer Support
I've always liked using more boutique ISPs in the past and when FTTP finally came to my home, I logged onto ISP Review and saw Aquiss was highly rated and had an incredible 50% off offer for the first six months at a better price than most of the larger providers.
It was an instant yes for me to go with them, and from day one I've had nothing but a perfect service apart from one issue which was caused by Openreach, but Martin and the team were incredibly quick to respond and inform me of the issue, and had it resolved in absolutely no time at all.
I'd highly recommend Aquiss to anyone who wants a reliable service, a good price, and excellent customer service.
