Terrible call waiting times as well as response times on the online members system. I waited 12 days to get an email response and each time I call I have been on hold for over 40 mins. They need to hire many more staff and also increase the opening hours of the call centre

Very helpful service, had an issue with a dishwasher due to my fault ordering the wrong one, was resolved with the driver and customer care team quickly. They were so helpful and friendly despite it being my error and couldn't help enough to get it resolved. Excellent service and excellent fast delivery

Delivery was a no show then called a hour after the time promised to advise would be next day. Arrived next day, no call beforehand as promised. Order arrived broken, 2 marble shelves cracked. Called Swoon on the Sunday, no answer. Emailed. No reply 3 days later so called. Spoke to someone who apologised and promised email with confirmation of the conversation. No email arrives. Today different email with no record of anything spoke about. Seems that when things go well all good, when things bad, really bad. They don't seem to care that much about customers, shame as great products
