I've been with Aquiss for many years now and have always been really happy with them. The customer service is impeccable - 'Oldschool' customer service values - I have always (over 15 years) dealt with Martin in tech support, who gives great advice and deals efficiently with any issues, and always keeps me informed of progress.

We had a great experience using Trust Financial Solutions to find a mortgage. Both Anthea and Zoe were efficient and clear with their communications, patient with our (incessant!) questions, generous with their time and knowledge and continue to be helpful and useful even after our mortgage being accepted. Technical details of the mortgage terms were clearly explained to us which really helped in the process. I would happily recommend their services to others.

I have never been anything but impressed with the customer service from Aquiss. Martin in technical support is knowledgeable, clear, concise, honest and patient and has never failed to sort out any (rare) issues with our connection. The fact that when I called for tech support and was greeted by Martin (whose name and voice I recognised from initial setup 8 years ago) speaks volumes. A truly great company that deserves every success that it has!

I ordered a frame (Showing as in stock) 2 weeks before this review as a birthday present for my girlfriend. Called a week after the order to check up on it and was told they had only just received the mould for the frame. Still waiting for the delivery to arrive. Pretty poor service really.

I have been buying from Primevapes for some time now (in fact since before it was primevapes), and will continue to be a customer as long as Lee is 'at the helm' - great value, great flavours and an impeccable record of customer service with a real personal touch!
