We've been using Aquiss for a few years at our parish hall. Service has been perfect. Tech Support helped me locate the problem when we had an issue (our problem, not theirs). No hesitation in recommending them.

Quick, as described. What can I say.

When we switched to Octopus (small business) there were some issues with our existing smart meter. Took about 3 months to get it working, then no bill for another 7 months until I chased them up. HOWEVER every time I contacted them I talked with someone who I understood and who understood me, and it was not a hassle. I've just renewed for another year.

I've bought two items from Box, one during the shortages a year or two ago. Communications were good during the delays and they were helpful. Correct items arrived, well packaged and as described. Happy to use them again.

I needed an alternative ISP to BT for our village hall. Aquiss were extremely helpful during the enquiry phase, and helped me with the setup. Since then I have had one or two technical questions, and they have always answered tickets within an hour or two, with a clear and helpful answer. In short, everything I hope I was when I worked in IT. I'll certainly consider them when my home broadband contract runs out.

Very fast delivery, excellent price. I phoned with a technical question and they were very helpful. Everything a good retailer should be. I bought a car battery and a lawn-mower battery. Can't comment on the batteries themselves as they've only been fitted for a short time and 'winter is coming' as they say in Westeros. BUT based on their service I'll definitely use them again next time I need a bettery.

My order for Star Wars - The Last Jedi was delayed due to some warehouse issue. I spoke with Stacey - very helpful but she couldn't guarantee when it would arrive, which was a real inconvenience for me. She agreed to credit my account with £5 off my next order as a goodwill gesture. I had to chase after a couple of weeks to get the credit but it's there now for me to spend.
