TERRIBLE online ordering experience
TERRIBLE experience.
Tried to purchase online using 2 gift vouchers but couldn't so tried phone help, then instore, back to telephone, then told their T&Cs state they can't accept any more than 1 per purchase. Went through 2 weeks of email tennis before they resolved, in combining to 1 voucher. Purchased and then issued tracking, but a week later still not despatched, then enquired why to be told it was now out of stock!
Got reissued the gift voucher but I wanted my money back to my generic gift voucher, which they could/would not resolve.
Considered Trading standards but instead caved in to comprimising on another slightly different colour that was in stock just to move on.
Got issued another tracking and the order then took another few days before it was despatched (do you have a problem with DHL?) so the original delivery slipped another few days.
It was about over 3 weeks, from originally seeing the item and trying to order, to actually receiving the item (which was not my choice but I had no alternative).
Getting through for support over the telephone was at least 20 minutes queuing every time.
I will NEVER go through ordering with Dunelm again.
