It's so difficult proceed with a return with them. I have one week asking for the return label because they sent me a wrong size and they dont want to process the return, instead they are offering the 20% discount to keep the items that are so big for me.
Please be aware to order from them.

This site should be taken off line the customer service is rude and not at all helpfull
I have not recieved my ordet and all they can say is have a nice day how rude I am now going to claim my money back from my bank

I used to work at this company about 2 months in Pudong, Shanghai. They are not a real designer, a clothes manufacturer, they are just a trade company based on shopify to sell woman clothes. One day about 12 hours working time, work from morning to night, and low salary. You need to write the fake comments on each products, and use their sku list to lunch the new products on system, all these clothes copy from other websites or designers. And they use Facebook Ads or Google Ads to get viewers to sell. Please do not buy from these kinds of websites, this company they have chicme and many other similar websites. If a customer really buy goods from them, and get the trash clothes, and the customer want to give a bad review on their website and your real comment will be remove and never show, because the website running by themselves. And let me tell you how they work, they make the website to sell clothes and when they get orders 30 or 50 for one cloth and they will contact the small factory to make the cloth, and the cloth real budget might only 3 USD or 5 USD. And then they use the turtle speed express to send package to you. And you even can not find way to return goods back! Such a scam. And you will keep the trash clothes and can not return back your money.

Currently getting the run around for a refund for a dress that doesn’t fit me. They just offered me a 10% discount to keep it. Why would I want to keep a dress that doesn’t fit. Save your money from this scum company. Terrible service. They won’t see another dollar from me.

I got a jumpsuit and it does not fit and it’s does not look it does on the website. I trying to return this item

I purchased an item for $41.98 and when I needed to return for it not fitting properly I was first offered a 10% refund and to keep the dress. I did not want a 10% refund I wanted a full refund. Then was offered at 30% refund and keep the dress. I did not want a 30% refund I wanted a full refund and why would I keep a dress I cannot wear. Then I was given these lengthy return instructions.

When you send the product back, please provide us with the picture of receipt with tracking number ， our return address and package's weight on it . If any of the information is missing, we cannot refund.

Please note that returns will result in shipping costs and will need to be paid by the customer.
Please return the package as soon as possible.

Then went to the post office to return the item and it cost me $14.10 for shipping the item back!

Absolutely awful, lack of understanding and empathy related to my circumstances. Delivered to an unsafe address!

I think I have to push one star to even leave a review. The clothing is cheap doesn’t fit correctly. They will not do returns horrible I’m just praying that you look at reviews before you buy as I spent hundreds of dollars and received cheap made clothing.

If I could give less than one star I would . If you want to return anything forget it you’ll lose your money !!!! I’ve Bought something that took a month to arrive when it did it was cheap and the zip was broken . They offered 50% then they offered to send me another one when o kept saying I wanted my money back no hope of getting my money back£27 back use SHEIN instead they’re brilliant !!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with ChicMe. I ordered two outfits, and both arrived extremely oversized and did not fit as expected. The sizing was completely inaccurate.

When I tried to return the items, I was told they do not offer refunds for these types of products. The items were unworn and I contacted them within the return window, yet no proper solution was provided.

Because of this, I will not be purchasing from ChicMe again. As a customer, it’s frustrating to spend money on items that don’t fit and then not be given a fair option to return or receive a refund.

I would not recommend purchasing from this website unless you are willing to take the risk of incorrect sizing and not being able to get your money back.

I ordered a shirt a year ago but never received it

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I requested a return label and it took over a month of repeated follow-ups to receive it. During that time, they kept offering me a 10% refund to keep the item instead of honoring a proper return, even after I clearly declined multiple times and stated I wanted a full refund.

After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally sent the return label. I promptly returned the item, but unfortunately misplaced my proof of shipment. Now the company is refusing to issue a refund unless I provide that proof, despite the long delays and poor handling on their end throughout the entire process.

The customer service was slow, unhelpful, and felt dismissive of my requests. What should have been a simple return turned into a drawn-out and stressful experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on how returns are handled.

This company is a scam. I order a jumpersuit on April 2,2026 never received. There is no phone number so I contacted them through there website. I can only chat with them and she said that they will connect me with technician by phone or email. She just phone call. But before she connect me I need the fill out this form to pay the tech $5 to speak with me on my credit card. No way. It just a scam. I wish I have read these reviews before I order.

Another mail order drop shipper that takes weeks to send anything & it arrives at all different times from different places !

Funny they don’t tell you this though.

ZERO STARTS FOR THIS SCSMMERS, Do not buy from CHIC ME!!my order did not ship for 12 day, even after ruching out several times they did not answer me I wanted to know where was my order. I decided to cancel they offered me 20% on my next purchase I declined and ask nicely for full refund
Them they did not have an itmi ordered they never contacted me.
I keep asking to cancel since my order wasSTILL NOT FOR ANOTHER WEEK IT WILL be 3 weeks now. Now they told me they will charge 15% handling fee… FOR WHAT !! It’s their mistake not mie for not shipping my order and not having the items in stock

Scam company. Quick enough to take my money but did not send my order oven after a number of emails.
STAY CLEAR.

WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM. Clothes are made exactly like Shein or Temu. Not good quality. When I went to return, you submit the return "like normal" then theycontact you for FURTHER INFORMATION..REQUIRING a picture of the clothes PLUS the bag before they can approve. This site is a scam. Don't but from. I have never brought from ANY clothing store that required this process for a return.

I ordered two items from this company on January 14th. I have never received either one. They were charged to my Visa card and have been paid. I would appreciate a credit to my account.
