Quality disappointing

In your advertisment the garments look to be of good quality with a stitched hemline
.However the two garments I received did not and it was just a raw edge. So I am a bit reluctant to order more as they are not cheap to purchase.

After several emails I have got absolutely nowhere . All I want to do is return the product and get a refund as it isn’t suitable for me . I don’t expect to have to jump through hoops . Absolutely shocking customer service

The product is beautiful and comfortable, the service is better than what trust pilot described. They only gave it 3 star which made me wonder weather I would actually get them. I did and have already recommended to my friend. Thank you.
