The goods arrived on time and everything was packed well. The product is very good and looks much better then a lot of foundations l have used.

This stuff works miracles. I bought a cheaper imitation product which was greasy and went yellow on my skin. Smooche feels light and almost invisible but provides long lasting coverage and great result

I had a little issue with a product I ordered from Smooche. I emailed the company and was eventually issued a full refund with the awesome help of Ricardo. I love the look and the feel on my face - true to the words said in the promotion. can not tell I am wearing makeup - no clumps

The makeup I ordered is absolutely atrocious it clogs pores sticks in wrinkles it makes you look pasty with a white pallor to your skin.
I have emailed asking for a refund they just ignore me.
One reply said I could have credit on my account still waiting on that.
A week in and numerous emails later I am still waiting.
Please do not buy this rubbish it is an absolute con not just the markup but the money back guarantee as well

I had a reaction to the Color changing foundation order number 1279547 , Carla offered a credit so I could try something else. Only problem was when I ordered something new, it said free mystery gift, but I had to pay for it.

Very pleased with my foundation but makes me look pale, I use my normal powder to darken a bit after applying x

While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the color matching foundation, I give Smooche, especially Genrev, 5 stars for their customer service and diligence to make things right. I will try another product in the future due to their satisfaction guarantee.

I first emailed and asked if it was one time order or subscription. I got a quick response that said one time pruchase but could set up autoship later. The order I placed offered more at a discount to which I declined but apparently it went thru anyway. I emailed immediately but couldn’t stop it. All four tubes arrived in a couple of days. I decided to try it anyway and found the coverage was great, but there was too much perfume in it, which is a problem for me. When I asked about returning for refund per guarantee, Shane in customer service said I could get a store credit but I should reply on the thread I had going with the original representative named Juice and my refund was processed. The product seems good and Juice is definitely a good rep.

I do not like the up sale. It was misleading and I was unable yo delete it before realizing what was happening. There also is no time to cancel before shipping. Sharon was as helpful as she coukd be with the poer she had for my order 1349001

I never give reviews but have seen a few not so good ones about Smooche so wanted to share. I had no problems with ordering and delivery and absolutely LOVE the colour-match foundation. It works perfectly on my 60 year old skin and is like magic. Thank you!
