Great customer service from GENREV rectifying my issue from order number 862649

The color changing foundation did not work with my skin color and I requested a refund. My request was just shortly after the 30 day return policy. As a result, their system automatically prevented a refund. However, Genrev acknowledged my disappointment and offered the next best thing, an equal credit to be used for another product they sell. I appreciated that gesture and informed her that I would like to use it for their mascara, and she immediately processed the new order. Efforts like that, significantly improve and customer satisfaction and relationships. Thank you for the excellent customer service Genrev!

I was really impressed with the service I got from Carla at Smooche. When the money went out of my account but I couldn’t seem to access the link to the shipping I groaned inwardly- ‘don’t tell me this is a scam?’To my delight Carla assisted me patiently and diligently and the mistake was discovered- my default email address is not one that is active- thanks so much to Carla for taking the time to put the customer first despite it taking some time to uncover.

Shake provided prompt and helpful service with store credit for the lip plumper that I found to be irritating. The foundation is great, but it's a bit dark, more like my summer colour. I was advised to mix it with a lighter foundation. This works, but I had bought the smooche foundation so I didn't have to keep mixing different products to get the right colour.

In reference to my order 789011, as it was sent back to the warehouse and I informed that it may take some time before it returned to your site Novie was very helpful and friendly to make sure she placed my order in now so I don’t have to wait so long. However, we shall see what the outcome is and how long it takes to finally receive my order. Novie was very professional and prompt to respond to my emails.

Easy to order and quick delivery. The product is great and my skin looks better with a more even tone.

Having received a faulty foundation dispenser, I advised the company and after sending a short video and photo I was told I would be receiving a replacement. The process was easy and quick and I was very impressed with the customer service. Now after receiving the second foundation (which works!) I have sent a thank you and received a lovely reply from Genrev.

Although I did not have a good experience with my order missing items and a broken foundation. Garcia was great and helping me solve the problem and we came to a resolution.

Good customer service. My item had not been delivered. I contacted them and received a quick response. Jessa looked into my order and explained to me what had happened and gave me two options to choose from, so they could rectify the issue. Jessa was kind, understanding and professional throughout.

I was on the smooch website and read the 30 day guarantee. I assume if they offer a 30 day guarantee they must be very confident about their product. I then proceeded to the return policy. To my surprise you are not allowed to try the product. So, I feel this shouldn't be advertised as any type of guarantee. All returns must be returned in the manner they were received; unused and it's original packaging. This means they are not confident about their product and they do not stand behind their product. Then to top it off the return policy is layered with so much work on the customers behalf that most people will rather take a loss ($39.99). They also claim they are overstocked and are selling this product with a 60% discount. That is not true. This product has always been $39.99 and no additional discount will be applied. Back to the return procedure,.... You must provide a detailed reason for your return, send an email and wait for an approval. If approved, they will give some sort of return order number, so on so forth. Where do you actually ship the product will be delivered to you in another email. Mind you, you must complete these task within 30 days. I did read somewhere on their website that the return must be dated no later than 14 days from the date the product was delivered. Sounds contradictive from the earlier statement of the 30 day guarantee. Words matter and for that reason alone I will not be making a purchase. False advertisement!

This was my first time ordering from Smooche, and there was an issue with packaging being lost in shipping. I contacted customer support and Christine helped me immediately. After 1 week, our product was delivered, but throughout the week, Christine updated me with the package's location consistently and reassured us that I was going to receive the package. This was very attentive and caring of her, which is reflective of the company's morals and I believe this company truly cares for their consumers! I will definitely continue shopping from smooche!

I am 66 years old with very dry skin, and my skin has always been incredibly hard to match. Smoochy is one of the best makeups I have ever used. It matches my skin tone perfectly, looks completely natural, and doesn't feel heavy at all. I don't look like I am wearing a lot of makeup. I know some reviews say it turns orange, but that hasn't happened to me at all. This makeup does wonders for dry, mature skin! I am so happy with their products that I just ordered their tinted lip gloss, too. I absolutely love it! It has a wonderful tint, a little bit of plumping in it, and it works beautifully for my 66-year-old lips. For me, their products are pretty much exactly what they say they are! And before you people even ask this is not AI generated, this is not somebody , on here from Smooche writing this review" I am a real person and I am 66 years old and I am writing this review because they deserve this review. I've tried so many different kinds of makeups but nothing does anything that it says it says it does . But this product does , what it says . Any women over 66 out there right now or even over 50 try this makeup you won't be sorry . I've been using the makeup since May . I have absolutely no complaints about smooche products, I've seen some bad reviews on it and those people are also entitled to their opinion but I'm also entitled to mine and this is my opinion.
