Good customer service

Good customer service. My item had not been delivered. I contacted them and received a quick response. Jessa looked into my order and explained to me what had happened and gave me two options to choose from, so they could rectify the issue. Jessa was kind, understanding and professional throughout.

I have given 5 stars again for my 2nd…

I have given 5 stars again for my 2nd visit to hobbycraft Ipswich.
When I can't find something there is always someone on hand to help. At the till my app wouldn't open up and I needed to get to my welcome voucher. Sophie was amazing and helped me. Suggesting I could use it through my emails. Job done! Then she told me they also sell replacement blades for the paper cutter that I had purchased. This was good info to pass on for future reference. So polite and helpful. Keep up the goid customer services
