I ordered 3 dresses and decided to keep only one (I loved the dresses but didn't like the way they fit). When I initiated a return, I was told I could keep the 2 dresses for a 100% credit to Commense! To me, that is great customer service. I will donate the dresses to a non-profit animal rescue resale shop.

I discovered Commense a few months ago after spotting a beautiful dress on Instagram. I ordered it and to say I was happy with it would be an understatement. The dress is even prettier in person and quality is outstanding. I got so many compliments on it. Well needless to say, I have ordered multiple things since then and always been impressed. Highly recommend this brand. Customer service is very good and delivery is quick.

The clothes are absolutely beautiful. The quality is exceptional. I am extremely fussy about my clothes. Most of everything I have purchased is purchased in Europe so when I found this website and I saw the quality I was amazed and the customer service is outstanding. You definitely can’t go wrong with this company if you have a problem with the product, they do whatever they can to make you happy and they do. I am on my second order right now and I love love love my clothes.

I have ordered from this website a few times now. The photos are always representative of the clothing, which is well constructed and high quality and lasts several washes. Shipping is pretty reasonable and the communication with the retailer is prompt and reliable. I have requested returns on a couple items due to sizing issues and they were dealt with really promptly. I’m definitely a repeat customer!

The clothes herr are so fashionable and well made. Ive loved almost everything ive purchased. And when things havent fit correctly, they have great customer service. Definitely take the time to find your sizes here so you can be confident things will fit!

I have ordered from Commense over the past couple of years and have had very good success. I get many compliments on the pieces I have chosen. My last order I ordered the wrong size. It was my fault, but I was shown buyer forgiveness and was given a credit to keep the item. I will donate it to an organization that helps women and will continue to buy from Commense. They have my loyalty.

Good quality, beautiful design. The downside are the return process. You need to pay for it and the return warehouse isn’t in US. They offer store credit or discounts but you ended keeping a d paying for clothes that doesn’t fit you. The other downside is the size ranges. They offer sizes from 2 to 12 only and the designs tend to run on the bigger size.
The only downside is the return process that makes it easier to just keep the articles and have store credit rather than returning them and getting the full amount, but the overall experience is great and will purchase again
