I booked a flight with full refund cancellation free product and when I wanted to cancel they Blaine’s the airline policy and offered me 25% of the original fees! Be careful and stay well away !

By the way they claim 120 seconds answering time and as I write now it exceeded 35 minus so far!

The worst company ever ! Stay away ! It is just waste of time

I got a SIM card and I paid £10 and it lasted 10 secs with data and call,
I topped another £10 and it remained 20 secs on WhatsApp calls!

I came to the store and I was told I should call customer service first to convert it before I use it but I was told when I bought it that it was ready to use , now I topped up another £20 to get live!
The customer service very poor because you can’t reach human no matter what option you choose!

Stay well away from well away from Vodafone

The customers service is very poor! The website almost not responding!
The WhatsApp smart system seems to be like an idiot!
I called the centre to bet help as a bolbol member because purchasing tickets didn’t reflect any bolbol points at all but couldn’t get any help!
The flights always delayed!

I have just came to collect my booked car and the agent in Antalya accept no responsibility at all about insurance! The answer I get that he claim he doesn’t know the firm and if anything goes wrong that I need to pay all in advance and I should get in touch with the carjet!

I have visited 27 countries and I can confidently say that Lloyds bank is the worst bank ever, both customer service and complaints department are useless and very poorly trained!!!
They couldn’t deliver a debit card in a month time despite my countless calls and emails and complaints I raised , I have been working with them for 10 years and that’s it!!!

Stay away from such bank!!

It is the worst company ever, they don’t have a phone number to call, you can call them trough an agent by paying £6 per call only!
My parcel was delivered to someone else door and the delivery man took picture as a proof of delivery, basically the parcel left outside ! I don’t have my parcel and I have no way of contacting them!!!

The worst company ever, it is fake so be careful, their number is a giftcafs network which sold in any off-licence and despite countless emails they don’t reply!!! I saw the on YouTube advert and placed an order they took the money and they just disappeared, I don’t have my product which was ordered 2 weeks ago!!!
