Unfortunately we got scammed by viagogo…

Unfortunately we got scammed by viagogo they allowed false tickets to be sold to us online with fake timings about entry. Really bad service when we reported it to them one of their agents OTTO R was extremely useless saying he would help but ended the chat. Will never use this platform again. Also they sold it to us for 400 pounds when they said it would be 300. Initially said they would cancel the charge but instead proceeded to say no they cannot cancel please avoid buying tickets on viagogo

I purchased a gold chain from this…

I purchased a gold chain from this company 18 months ago. This may sound like a long time but I really looked after it. It just snapped one day with no reason. I kept it safe as a wanted to have it fixed. It snapped on the other side too (while it was kept in a soft Jewellry box). I informed the company viggiano they have told me all their chains break eventually and that they can fix it for a certain cost. How can you sell something that you know is going to break? When you buy something you expect it to last forever right? It’s real gold. Now I’m doubting whether it was real gold in the first place

ARK stays London

This website has flats around London mostly Clapham. They have their flat in Clapham on airbnb too. Please be warned the flat is extremely dirty. They are not cleaning the flat inbetween people staying there. The bedding smelt like human skin as if it wasn’t changed. I found a human nail inside the bed under the blanket. Also an intense mould smell with a thick Infestation in the sink and shower floor. Airbnb won’t help with a full refund you if you report it to them. The place has not been cleaned for months.

Unfortunately still no help, very cheaply made earring impossible to insert into the ear. It was so expensive. Informed the company and they were unhelpful! They sent me a link for a ‘jewellery inserting tool’ so they want me to spend more money on their products. Earrings should be easy to insert. Don’t purchase from this company

Recently ordered something online and…

Recently ordered something online and paid for an expedited one day delivery. It arrived the next day and I was not home at the time and got an email to say Evri has delivered the parcel. Went downstairs to retrieve it and it was nowhere to be found. The picture that evri posted was a totally unrecognisable place and they blurred out the front sticker on the brown packet with my presumed items which has my details. I informed the company I bought the products from and they kindly sent me a new item and it arrived today in a box. So the first ‘delivery’ had a fake picture because it was in an unknown location, with brown packet when actually, the company sends their stuff in boxes. Evri is dishonest and this should be investigated

Since I wrote a review they have replied. They have refused a refund. Please becareful when using these online platforms. They subtle about monthly payments and there is no prior warning regarding when they will take off the fee. Really poor form. I did not even make use of pdfguru and have been charged

They are a scam they owe me a remainder of a refund and every week keep telling it will be 5 days till it gets refunded. It’s gone beyond that time frame - I think they just Saying to keep me quiet. Stay away from Edreams !!!!!! Becareful because they come up on a search for flights so it’s easy to make the mistake of using it to book
