Had so much fear that tickets weren’t coming came less than 24hr before concert. However got great seat, clear cost (despite being so high but that is secondary market!). Still heard some back things... See more

I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. I used viagogo for belgian gp tickets supposedly covered by their replace or refund guarantee, i ordered well in advance and had trouble accepting the ticket which i was assured was not going to be an issue and my ticket would arrive in time, a week out still no ticket so i contacted them again to be told your ticket will arrive within 24 hours before 5am of the event date. So we make our drive from the uk to belgium. On the morning still no tickets i ring again and am told there might be no tickets to replace with and to expect a call back. When they eventually called back i was told that a replacement could not be made of my tickets even though i was assured multiple times via phone and their "guarantee" that i would be able to get into the event and that i was to expect a refund not on the day so i could buy more tickets but in 5 to 8 working days! So i ended up missing out on the belgian gp thanks to using viagogo, was my first time using them and will be my last! However cheap and tempting the tickets are on here i would encourage anyone to pay the extra and buy secure tickets from an official seller. Hope this helps anyone else before they get messed around by viagogo.

Great to see Bruno Mars
Tickets were on time and exactly as described. Smooth process from start to finish.

Received the ticket one week before. Everything was fine. Of course a bit more expensive, but was safe and avoiding losing time with scammers.

This is the 3rd time I've used Viagogo and although I get nervous everytime they are yet to let me down
Contractural and Consumer rights act 2015 Breach
On 24 June, I purchased three tickets that were advertised as clear view seats. The following day, upon receiving the tickets, I discovered that they were in fact restricted view tickets. These tickets were materially different from those I had purchased and therefore were not as described.
I reported the issue to Viagogo on the same day I received the tickets, well within the 10-working-day period required under the Viagogo Guarantee.
Despite reporting the issue immediately, I received no meaningful update for almost a month. On 20 July, I contacted Viagogo again requesting a full refund because I had received goods that were not as described.
Viagogo instructed me to return the tickets, which I did immediately. Within 24 hours, Viagogo confirmed that the tickets had been returned to the seller. Despite acknowledging receipt and returning the tickets to the seller, Viagogo continues to refuse to issue my refund.
My rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are clear:
* Section 11 requires goods supplied to match theirdescription. The tickets supplied did not match what I purchased.
* Section 20 gives me the short-term right to reject goods that are not as described and receive a fullrefund.
* Section 20(14) requires that the refund be madewithout undue delay after the consumer exercises the right to reject.
I exercised my legal right to reject the goods immediately after discovering they were not as described and complied with every request made by Viagogo, including returning the tickets. The incorrect tickets have been identified, rejected and returned. There is no outstanding action required on my part.
The fact that the event has not yet taken place is legally irrelevant. This dispute concerns a pre-event breach of contract because the wrong tickets were supplied. Since the tickets have been returned to the-l seller and the event has not yet occurred, I understand that Viagogo is still holding my payment in escrow and has not paid the seller. Continuing to retain my money despite accepting the return of the incorrect tickets is, in my view, contrary to my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and inconsistent with the Viagogo Guarantee.
Viagogo's own Buyer Guarantee also supports my entitlement to a refund. Clause 2.16 states that where a buyer receives tickets that are not the tickets they ordered, they must report the issue within 10 working days of receiving them in order to be covered by the Viagogo Guarantee. It further states that, where required, a buyer may submit additional information in support of a refund claim, and that "Our guarantee does not affect Your statutory consumer rightsunder UK law." I complied fully with these requirements by reporting the issue on the same day I received the tickets and by returning them immediately when instructed. Having accepted the return of the incorrect tickets and confirmed that they have been sent back to the seller, Viagogo has acknowledged that there was a genuine dispute. Continuing to withhold my refund despite my full compliance with both your Buyer Guarantee and my statutory rights is inconsistent with your contractual obligations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
. During a telephone conversation with one of your representatives in the morning of 22nd June. the agent became aggressive when I referred to my consumer rights. When I explained that I may need to pursue a chargeback through my bank if the matter remained unresolved, I was told that my Viagogo account would be banned if I contacted my bank. I consider this response to be wholly inappropriate and unprofessional.
Furthermore, I have repeatedly been passed between different members of staff, none of whom appear to have ownership of my case. I continue to receive the same generic response:
"As we previously explained, our specialized team is actively working on your case and doing everything possible to reach a resolution as quickly as they can. Since the event has not yet taken place, we are continuing to review your case."
This response fails to address the actual issue. The event date has no bearing on my legal right to reject goods that were not as described. This is not a"pending event review"; it is a straightforward case of incorrect goods being supplied, rejected and returned.
Once I exercised my statutory right to reject thetickets and returned them as instructed, my legal entitlement to a refund arose immediately. UnderSection 20(14) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a trader must reimburse the consumer without undue delay after the right to reject has been exercised. There is no provision within the Act that permits a trader to withhold a consumer's money indefinitely while conducting an internal investigation.

Do not trust
Do not trust. I purchased tickets for Teddy Swims 22nd July 26 9 months prior. I was promised and guaranteed in days leading up to concert they would arrive. No tickets,no excuse and as much as they have stated I will be reimbursed I won't hold my breath. Also told there will be no compensation for the Hotel I booked which has now went to waste as we were not prepared to travel over 2 hours when we had no tickets to watch concert. Never again
You can have faith in purchasing from Viagogo
Wonderful concert. I was ver apprehensive about using this site but my tickets were transferred within minutes. The booking process was simple, my tickets were branded as ‘great’ and they sure were, view as shown on the screen when booking. Really delighted with my experience and I wouldn’t be hesitant again. The concert was joyous and a fantastic experience.

I bought the ticket on the day of BTS concert while in the airport going to Munich. It was standing ticket that I have been checking for a while with high price. It lowers the price to half that time so we check out immediately. We received the ticket by noon and everything went smoothly! We get to watch BTS really close! I used viagogo 2x (for BTS) and both times I am happy with the outcome.

Viagogo is a fraudulent and corrupt company. Never buy from them. I paid for tickets for Bad Bunny in Brussels and they did not fulfil the order. I ended up with replacement tickets that are far worse. I will never ever trust this company again and am considering my legal options.

Wiena open air arena is an interesting place for events . Everything was fine.
Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience. My mum purchased some tickets for me with good intentions but unfortunately they were incorrect. I raised this issue within 15 minutes of the purchase but have been told our only option is to try and re-sell them on the site at a cost and no guarantee they’ll sell. So this review is to warn others to be very careful when purchasing on this site! Or don’t buy from here at all!
