Terrible experience with Viagogo. Customer service is terrible.
Bought 2 tickets for Luke Combs, I then managed to get some on Ticketmaster so sold my viagogo ones through their platform, using their resell service. When I received my tickets they were non transferable. I contacted Viagogo and they asked me how to resolve it!! Their solution was give my log in details to a complete stranger to log in to access the tickets. When I told them that was not happening they then advised me they would contact the seller to relove. 24 hours later I contact them for an update and I got a response saying not to contact them until 3 days had passed, this will be the day of the concert! In the meantime I am getting automated emails from them saying if I don't transfer my tickets to my buyer I will be liable for costs. Utter shambles of a company and I am now at risk of being £700 out of pocket because of them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The final outcome was excellent, and we were very happy in the end. The first few months were stressful because I didn't receive the tickets immediately after making the payment. Time was passing, the concert was getting closer, and I still hadn't received them. My worries finally disappeared when the tickets arrived.

It was my first time buying tickets through this platform. I had read several reviews from people who never received their tickets, so after planning our trip to the concert, I really didn't want to end up disappointed. The notice saying that the tickets might not arrive until the day of the concert certainly didn't provide much peace of mind.

However, as I mentioned, the final outcome was excellent. My family and I were delighted to receive the tickets, and we thoroughly enjoyed the concert.

It worked out well to get sold out ticket if you'ready ti pay the price. E-Tickets arrived 48h before the event.

Everything was fine but very nerv wracking to wait until the day off to receive the tickets, traveling from another country.... Wishing the whole time it wasn't a scam.
Also Ticketmaster is no eligible in my country, (I didn't know) so I had to get help getting the tickets from the sales team at the venue. They were very helpful and patient.

I have tickets in the concert as always, you can trust viagogo absolutely

Price is could be lower, but all others were very good.

The tickets came one day before the event.
It was simple process to download them. Everything went smoothly.

We had a great time there, unfortunately someone took our seat and we had to wait for 4 innings for that guy to leave. Overall a great experience but you can try to moderate the tickets more better since I had a hard time trying to purchase them.

Honestly the worst experience in buying tickets, that I have ever had! We bought tickets almost two months in advance and did not receive the tickets until the day of the event. This only after multiple back and forth with agents, which was only after the bot decided that my case was worth escalating. Consistent excuses as to why I couldn't get my tickets, blaming everyone and taking no responsibility. This after charging us a fee of roughly a fifth of the total as an "admin" fee, which is never disclosed upfront. Also check the fine print as there are no refunds... very convenient for them. So you are stuck paying, literally on the day of the booking (in our case just under two months in advance) and being told that all you can do is wait and the tickets will get to by the event. The tickets arrived 5 hours before the event. Its a complete scam, stay far away from this company.

It was easy to select seats, and everything is really understandable, timely and transparent.

Refund policy make me feel relieved to the deal

The service is good, but they try to squeeze money out of you in every way. Besides the fees the website already charges, they supposedly collect taxes but don't issue a tax-compliant invoice. To make matters worse, they have an exorbitant exchange rate, which further increases your profit.

Used this service for footy tickets and found it to be very good.
