Hands down the best ticket marketplace I have used. We needed tickets for the French Open and found that TICombo had reasonable charges versus the other sites. We were also impressed how they manage... See more

Bought soccer tickets Wrexham vs Birmingham last week
Price $290 at the box office $35 .
Our tickets were denied by the club stating they dont honor tickets that were not purchased directly from the club. They wrote me an email stating the reason. I contacted gigster asking them for a refund showing them the email . Thats what they wrore back .
I wonder if anyone who is reading this will ever purchase a ticket from them .
We have reviewed your case and advise as follows:
"Please note that your tickets were purchased directly through the club themselves and therefore were fully valid for entry.
However, to investigate any claim of denied entry, we require official documentation directly from the venue confirming that access was refused. Regrettably, the email provided does not meet our standard requirements for proof. To process a claim, the venue must issue a formal document containing the event name, date, seat information, barcode numbers, and full names of the ticket holders denied entry, as well as the specific reason for refusal. Additionally, the document must feature the venue's official letterhead or stamp, along with the printed name and signature of the issuing representative.
Therefore no refund will be granted in this case."
Bought tickets through Ticombo. The seat location listed on their website was misleading and did not match the actual conditions of the tickets.
After discovering the issue I requested a refund multiple times. Ticombo denied every attempt without proper investigation and provided very poor customer service.
They are facilitating the sale of tickets that are being sold illegally. Completely untrustworthy platform. Avoid.
They left my children and me on the street.
I want to share my devastating experience so that no one else falls into the trap of this platform. I bought several tickets worth €2,000 to watch an Arsenal match with my young children. It was the dream of their lives, but thanks to Ticombo, it became their worst nightmare.
The ordeal began after making the payment. The platform agents began to chain one lie after another. They forced me, under coercion and threats of losing all my money, to provide my private phone number to an external company that works for them. They did this under the pretext of sending me the tickets, despite the fact that their own terms and conditions specify that the transfer must be made through the platform.
I had to give in for the well-being of my children, being forced to provide a family number with more than 25 years of history that I will now have to change for security reasons.
The day of the event: FAKE tickets confirmed by the club. On the day of the match, my children's excitement was completely shattered. We were left out in the street because the tickets were FAKE. At the Arsenal Football Club box office, they confirmed to us verbatim that this platform is not an official seller for any Premier League club, that the tickets from here are illegal, and that access to the venue is completely prohibited.
Anyone can ask the Arsenal box office directly to check. As a mother, seeing my children cry at the stadium gate on what was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives, knowing that I had let them down because of these scammers, has been a horrible experience.
The refund: Only through the bank.
Despite presenting Ticombo with an official certificate signed by Arsenal proving the tickets were fake, the company flatly refused to refund me.
I only managed to recover the €2,000 because I went to my bank to request a chargeback for fraud. Thus, this platform gave in and paid me. But they never reimbursed me for the travel expenses incurred and didn't even apologise.
This platform achieves its positioning here through bribery and manipulation so that all customers here give their reviews.
Since I have proof of what happened after I posted my review. A Ticombo agent contacted me by email to offer me €925 in exchange for changing my 1-star rating to a 5-star rating. They wanted to buy my silence to clean up their image, but the promised money never arrived; they were only looking to erase the truth.
I am currently in contact with the Trustpilot support team to provide them with all the evidence and emails that demonstrate this bribery attempt. My goal is for Trustpilot to immediately penalise their profile with an alert or widget that warns the community that this company actively manipulates its ratings by offering economic incentives. As you rightly say, the Trustpilot rules.
Don't risk your money or your children's dreams with this platform. Everything is an absolute lie.
I purchased the Liverpool match ticket and had a amazing experience. Ticombo made it possible for me.

Following on from my original 1 star review and given the service I have received since then I am happy to review Ticombo again. It’s a shame that I had to resort to some negative feedback but as soon as I was assigned a case handler “Sid” my case was resolved in less than 48 hours. Sid was very professional, quick to respond and efficient in getting the issue resolved. Once I had returned the tickets to the seller, my refund was processed and it has since been credited back to the card that I purchased them from. Sid ensured that everything was sorted so that I could enjoy the experience of the match without having the worry & stress hanging over me! Thanks again Sid you sir are a star!
I already rated low, but the story does not end. I ordered a soccer ticket for Club Atlético Boca Juniors vs Estudiantes de La Plata Argentine Primera División
The Bombonera, Buenos Aires for July 29, 2026 and the game got delayed by a week to August 05th, 2026. I found out about the delay since I did not get the ticket on my arrival date and contacted Ticombo. I informed the contact person that I would not be in Argenita by then anymore. He just pushed back and still charged me although they never delivered the ticket. Since I complained they called me during night times several times not understanding that I am in Argentina (Bocca Juniors Buenos Aires plays in UK??). After my first complain customer service reacted but no result. Now they request a proof that the game got delayed. Hillarious - never ever Ticombo. There are much better platforms!!!
Unfair cancellation penalty despite acting in good faith
I sold a ticket through Ticombo. The buyer provided her details at 8:19 PM, then asked me to "wait" and requested a cancellation at 8:23 PM (citing a COVID test). After going back and forth, she finally confirmed at 9:54 PM that everything was "good to go." I asked her to resend her details at 10:12 PM — she didn't respond until 3:22 AM, over 5 hours later.
By then, the event organizer's mandatory 23:59 deadline for ticket assignment had long passed, making delivery technically impossible through no fault of mine.
Ticombo charged me a €61.21 cancellation penalty anyway. When I disputed it with a full timestamped timeline and screenshots, their final justification stated the ticket window stays open "until around 10, sometimes before midnight" — which actually confirms my point, since the buyer's reply came well after midnight. Despite this contradiction in their own reasoning, they closed the case as "final" with no further explanation.
Sellers should be aware: if a buyer delays or changes their mind past the ticket deadline, Ticombo may still penalize you, even when their own stated rules support your case.
Based on our experience, we strongly recommend avoiding Ticombo at all costs.
We paid over CHF300 per ticket for what we believed would be a premium concert experience. When the tickets were finally delivered, only a few hours before the event, we discovered that the original face value printed on each ticket was just €30. Paying more than ten times the original price would have been a decision we could only make with complete transparency, yet this information was not disclosed to us before the purchase.
Despite buying the tickets months in advance, they were delivered only hours before the concert. This left us unable to organise our trip with confidence and forced us to cancel our travel and accommodation, resulting in unnecessary financial losses and significant stress.
To make matters worse, the seats had a severely restricted view of the stage, a material fact that had not been disclosed before purchase. We paid overpriced tickets that ultimately offered a view of the concert mainly through the venue’s screens.
When we raised these issues, Ticombo claimed that the original ticket price had been displayed during the purchase process and that the listing had been accurately advertised. We formally requested evidence, including screenshots or transaction records,to support these claims. Despite repeated requests, Ticombo has failed to provide any evidence.
We also requested an explanation for why tickets purchased months in advance were delivered only 5 hours before the event when they were expected 48hours prior the event. No satisfactory explanation has been provided, nor has any meaningful compensation been offered.
In our opinion, this demonstrates a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for consumers. Spending hundreds of CHF on event tickets should come with clear information, timely delivery, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
We will never use Ticombo again and strongly encourage others to avoid this platform. Our experience was stressful, expensive, and deeply disappointing, and we hope that by sharing it, other consumers can avoid going through the same situation.
They were very supportive and helpful

I purchased 4 tickets for the 2026 World Cup match M71, Portugal vs. Colombia, on December 7, 2025. At that time, I paid over $8,100 in total. After a long wait of nearly six months, the delivery deadline finally arrived. The seller told me that since the tickets were purchased from StubHub, they would need to wait for StubHub to ship the tickets before they could send them to me. Up until that point, I still trusted the seller. On the day of the match, I received an email from Ticombo notifying me that the tickets had been delivered, but my FIFA account received no email and no tickets whatsoever. I then messaged the seller multiple times, but the seller insisted that the tickets had already been sent to me via FIFA Marketplace. As a result, I was unable to enter the stadium on match day, losing not only my flight and hotel expenses, but more importantly, my time. I filed a complaint with Ticombo customer service. After reviewing a 10-second video submitted by the seller as evidence, customer service ruled against me and told me that the seller had sold over 1,000 tickets and was a trusted seller, implying that such a seller would not possibly deceive me. In reality, it is precisely because this professional seller knew the loophole in the FIFA Marketplace ticket transfer process that they only recorded a 10-second video showing the ticket being transferred to me. Ticombo's customer service had no idea that this transfer could actually be canceled, and due to the delay in the FIFA Marketplace system (which is not the official FIFA app), within the time frame of the cancellation, I would neither receive the email notifying me that the ticket had been sent nor the email notifying me that the seller had canceled the transfer. I sent Ticombo various forms of evidence proving that the seller never actually transferred the tickets to me, but Ticombo remained unresponsive. This is a platform that favors trusted sellers and is also an unprofessional one, costing me losses of over $10,000.
Stay away from this site as a seller, they seize your money. I haven't even received payment for a match that ended a month ago. They impose arbitrary penalties and refuse to pay me 10,000 Euros.
Had an error which meant my order went through twice and I was charged twice. Ariana helped and got it rectified immediately. Happy with the service and customer support

I have purchased tickets on Ticombo, and also sold them as merchant, so experienced this website from both sides. I can say that process is easy and straightforward, support is quite fast and helpful too. I can recommend Ticombo to everyone!

I purchased two tickets through Ticombo for Arsenal v Burnley at Emirates Stadium. The tickets were transferred to me, but they did not work at the venue and did not provide entry.
I was told at Club Level entrance and the ticket office that the tickets were not valid. I had to purchase replacement tickets through StubHub at additional cost in order to attend the match.
I opened a claim with Ticombo immediately and provided the evidence available, including contemporaneous correspondence with the seller explaining that the tickets did not work, screenshots of the tickets, confirmation of the replacement StubHub purchase and the StubHub invoice. Ticombo also confirmed that the seller’s payment had been placed on hold while the claim was reviewed.
Despite this, the claim has been open since 19 May and remains unresolved. I have had to follow up repeatedly, and the responses have largely been holding replies or requests for video evidence, despite me explaining why this evidence was not available. I was entering the venue by myself, so it was not realistic to take a video of the tickets failing at the entrance, particularly in a crowded matchday environment where the priority was resolving the issue and gaining entry.
Following a lengthy process, Ticombo has now refunded the original ticket purchase. However, this only occurred after considerable persistence on my part and it was only after posting this review that the matter appeared to receive meaningful attention.
While I appreciate that the financial outcome was fair, the overall customer service and claims handling fell below what I would expect for an issue involving more than £1,000. I hope Ticombo improves its claims process so that future customers do not have the same experience.
