horrible service
horrible service. Received notification tickets were ready on the vivid app and said they were delivered to email went to email and it completes a circle back to the app but no tickets were delivered. Will not use your service again

Ordering the tickets and choosing the seats was easy and the simulated views from possible seats was very helpful.
Ticket prices were also less expensive than competitors.
However, I did not like having to wait until almost game day to get the tickets.
