Easy to use and good communication

I had an issue with the ticket and no support was available. Just an AI. Reminder that this website takes a commission for doing the bare minimum and they cant still do it right. I dont really see the point using an intermediary between you and seller if the website is not able to do anything when it doesnt work.

The seller refuses to refund money for the ticket, I've been asking ticketswap for their help for ages and no reaction at all. It's really frustrating.

Stay away from these criminals. My event got cancelled yet I paid on this site. To get your money back you have to depend on the seller refunding. The seller gets the refund from the primary and you have to hope they are honest and refund you yet you paid on ticketscam and they have your money. They have the money because that's where you pay and sellers don't get paid till 5 days after the event. Ticketscam tell you that the primary usually Ticketmaster has your money which is a complete lie. There absolutely scammers. You get no help, they don't chase the seller up, they do nothing. They won't send your confirmations because they don't want you talking to your bank. There worse that viagogo. There's 1 ticket for an event at the warehouse 27th Dec and the face value is £60. This listing is being sold at £264. Stay away from these scumbags.

ability to learn details abut the sellers that helps you to decide based on your "willingness to take risks". So far all my tickets worked. One friend who once had an issue had been able fianlly to recover his money. so all good TiscketSwap, keep it up.

I bought a ticket for a concert yesterday and then the ticket transfer didn’t work
When you try to contact them they make it so hard to get you to a bot and then that’s it!
Now way to contact them or talk to a real person to find a solution. The concert is hours from now and I find myself loosing the opportunity to go and losing my money.
I don’t even know how they get away with this!

I bought two tickets from different users and no issues. In fact they changed them with my name the day before the event and sent me many notifications to make sure I used the most updated ones.

Quick, easy to use and reliable. I like the option to check the seller's history of sold tickets: it gave me reassurance that I won't have issues. And I did not have.

SCAMMERS. Do not trust these lot, they allow fake tickets to be sold on their website and do nothing to help. An AI assistant over the phone that hangs up on you after you tell it the problem you are having. I was weary before going so tried to contact to make sure everything was okay and all they did was ignore. Useless company

Quick and easy to post tickets

I have used TicketSwap many times and trusted it because it promises to protect buyers from exactly this situation. This time I bought a ticket for TCS Half Maratho on 15th October, but the seller sold it to someone else as well. I never got a usable ticket.

I reported it right away at the Marathon Expo. It has now been more than 2 weeks, and TicketSwap has done nothing. I was told to open a conversation with the seller, then told the after-sales team would contact me. I have heard nothing. My messages in the chat go unanswered, and the help pages only point me back to the same process.

I am extremely disappointed. TicketSwap takes a fee and says it makes buying tickets safe, yet when something goes wrong it takes zero responsibility. No one reviews the case, no one replies, and no refund is offered.

To other buyers: if you get scammed, you are on your own. Do not rely on the “guarantee” or on support to act. Pay by a method that lets you dispute the charge with your bank, and keep screenshots of everything.

Brilliant website for real fans who are unable to get tickets due to touting. Thank you getting to see Mr. Flowers again in Dublin was as it always has been one of the best experiences of my life. Highly recommend!!

While the mechanics of buying and selling tickets on TicketSwap usually runs smoothly for me, I think it's ridiculous that people are allowed to sell their tickets for far more money than for which they originally bought them. This is not only unfair to people who weren't able to obtain a ticket, but it also highly motivates people with money to buy more tickets than they need, to hereafter resell for more money, which in turn leads to lots of other people not being able to buy tickets due to them selling out too fast (especially for high demand shows, such as the Stevie Wonder show I only just managed to get affordable tickets for as everyone was reselling their tickets for way higher prices than the original price). I would like to see this policy changed, where people are only allowed to resell tickets for their original price, or cheaper. This way, rich people won't be able to take advantage of the system, and it will become a bit easier to obtain tickets for true fans of music, as this can be very challenging with the current system (not just adressing TicketSwap here, but also platforms like Ticketmaster). I hope this will benefit everybody who enjoys life music experiences.
