Trust me: Do not buy. The fees are predatory both when you buy (upwards of 30%) and when you sell (upwards of 40%). Besides your tickets are never guaranteed. Given the two biggest resale ticket platforms are owned by the same firm, it's not surprise they fleece their customers. Borderline fraud.

The tickets were expensive af but other than that 0 problems, got them transferred to my account super quickly and they scanned right through

The experience was really great, the host contacted me since the first day I purchased the ticket and until the Matchday. He always was able to atend any question I had, the delivering was personal and he and his family made me feel really well into the stadium. 100% recomended.

Loved the concert, tickets on point!

Despite being very aware of the huge amount of negative reviews I decided to buy a ticket for a football match. The ticket was sent 24 hours prior, but then 5 hours before kick off Viagogo emailed telling me not to use the ticket as a new one will be sent. Unfortunately a new one was never sent and it completely ruined all of my plans. Lesson learned, do not buy from this site..

This is the second time I’ve bought Tomorrowland tickets through Viagogo, and both experiences have been flawless.

Last year, I purchased four one-day Comfort Pass tickets, and everything went perfectly from start to finish.

Because that experience was so positive, I decided to use Viagogo again this year. Once again, I bought four one-day Comfort Pass tickets. I received the tickets around two weeks before the festival, printed them, and exchanged them for the official Tomorrowland bracelets at the entrance without any problems. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free.

I was initially a little hesitant about using Viagogo because of some of the reviews I had read, but after two consecutive Tomorrowland editions with no issues at all, I can confidently say that my experience has been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Viagogo again for future Tomorrowland tickets.

I have used Viagogo twice now. The first time was not very successful - I purchased Radiohead tickets on resale, and they ended up being fake, which was told to me at the entrance of the concert. However, Viagogo was responsive to this and refunded my money completely after giving them proof of denied entrance (a letter was given to me at the entrance). The second time, I purchased two festival wristbands for the same original price; I was incredibly nervous that they were also fake or I would be scammed. They were legit and I enjoyed the festival. I would use Viagogo again even though there could be fake tickets sold or scammers trying to cheat people, knowing that their customer service was good, responsive, and responsible, being fair for any negative situations, or that I may get good tickets. I believe it's very much at your own risk, but knowing to have the right information and to research what you're buying. This is why I have given them a 4 out of 5 stars.
