Very seamless and very efficient. I love the customer experience from looking for tickets, buying it, downloading it, accessing it online again, and the after-sales. If i’m paying for something worth so much more then this is how I want to be treated. Kudos!

How many time i have to send email to get a simple invoice……. And why this page is in german language instead of english!!!!???!!!!!!

Viagogo sells fake tickets!
Never buy from them because they will never refund your additional costs like flights, hotel and transportation!

The tickets were easy to purchase and to download.

The tickets were quickly delivered via the app and were easy to use upon arrival.

We bought tickets for Borussia Dortmund home game and the tickets were fake. We were escorted from the stadium. Tham we bought tickets for PSV Eindhoven, the tickets were supposed to arrive 1 day before game. After i startted making calls that the tickets are not there, they informed me that the tickets were not send and therefore they giivng back the money. Dont buy anything from them. Zero customer service, huge markup for the price, fake tickets.

I was visiting the city and was able to take in a game. One of the best games ever. The fans were amazing and energetic. I will definitely be going to more upon my return.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!!

If you mistype your email at purchase, your tickets are lost. No chance of getting it back.

It took a little too long to get the tickets but it was a very good option

It's quite nerve-wracking to spend so much money on a ticket that you don't actually see until the day of the event. I was on edge wondering if it would actually show up. Furthermore, I was unable to download or print my ticket, which made me nervous that if I ran out of battery on my phone, I would have trouble getting in. Thank goodness it all worked out, but having access to a printed ticket a few days ahead of time would have saved me a lot of anxiety before the event!

Four months later – still no payment from Viagogo

I sold tickets for a Zach Bryan concert on 6 June 2026 through Viagogo. More than four months later, I still haven’t received my payment of SEK 1,400.

I have contacted customer support repeatedly. Each time, I receive polite apologies and assurances that my case is being investigated or escalated. On one occasion, I was promised an update within 24 hours. That deadline passed without any response.

Viagogo has still not explained why my payment is being withheld or provided a date for the transfer.

I find it remarkable that such a large international company cannot resolve a relatively straightforward payment issue after more than four months.

The customer service responses sound professional, but so far they have resulted in absolutely nothing.

I will update this review if and when I receive my payment.

Ich verstehe nicht wie kann so etwas der grenzwertig kriminell ist immer noch existieren. Wo sind die Behorden die solche platforms kontrollieren? Meine Geschichte ist lang aber kurz gesagt sie haben das Geld für Tickets einfach gestohlen.

I don’t understand how something that borders on criminal activity can still be allowed to operate. Where are the authorities responsible for regulating these platforms? My story is long, but to put it briefly, they simply stole the money I paid for the tickets.

Easy to buy. Customer service is really fast and provide direct solutions. Had no issue there.

Great and easy to purchase. Arrived right on time and it was easily transferred to my Ticketmaster app

I resold 3 Bad Bunny tickets (Düsseldorf, 20 June 2026) on viagogo for $1,200. Viagogo told me in writing that as long as I sent the tickets to the buyer’s email, I would be paid whether or not the buyer accepted them. I transferred all three through the official ticket app days before the show. The buyer never accepted, and I have screenshots showing “acceptance pending.”

I told support before the deadline and sent proof. An agent confirmed in writing that my sale would be marked completed and paid within 5–8 business days. Instead, viagogo cancelled the sale, charged my card a $90 “penalty” for not delivering, and paid me nothing.

I opened a dispute as they told me to. Since June I’ve had the same reply over and over: “still under review, no timeframe.” Nearly four months later I’ve received neither the $1,200 nor the $90.

Avoid it all cost.

Best ticket reseller. And a top customer support. Anytime again.

Quick process. Got tix 1 hour before the show and was able to receive them just in time. Entered without problems.
