They’re just stealing and never giving a refund don’t book with them stay safe

What a nightmare this company,is a scam,we needed to get home from the EU, we only ever book flights only,has we stay with family, have a use of a car.so we would never subscribe to anything like this,only noticed on my bank statement £89 gone from my account,just said edreams I googled it,and got a number,upon phoning them,they told me I had subscribed when booking a trip from EU back to UK, not only that,we paid last year has well,for what nothing,the agent could see we didn't even use this subscription, went to my bank had to have new cards,they will try and get our money back,but I dought it,what a scam,my next step is the ombudsman, but I don't hold my breath,their address is in Spain.they shouldn't be allowed to just take money from your bank account, I didn't give them my details,they got it from our booking,

They are a scam they owe me a remainder of a refund and every week keep telling it will be 5 days till it gets refunded. It’s gone beyond that time frame - I think they just Saying to keep me quiet. Stay away from Edreams !!!!!! Becareful because they come up on a search for flights so it’s easy to make the mistake of using it to book

Do not use E dreams. I booked a flight to Liverpool in 2023 .E dreams sign me up for prime membership which I did not know about. They took 89 euro from my account without my permission.unable to contact them by phone or E mail to get a refund

This company is absolutely joke. Thay dont take any responsibilities, they will never help you. I need cancel my flight because of my Medical issue, they never helped me. You writing them emails, they are just ignoring you, they dont bother to answer you even, nothing..

I will never ever buy something through them again. There is no point spending my money ever on this rubbish company.

EDerma’s is a fraud company – a nice web site with nothing behind this.
Simple – flight from Tel Aviv canceled by Austrian air – Austrian send a waver to full refund me TO Edreams- they ignore it . talked to their call center 3 times Impotent CSR and no result at all . I believe I will not see my 787 euro ticket refund.

In all my years of travelling, I have never once experienced a “travel agency” as pathetic as Edreams. I had recently planned to fly from Entebbe to Malawi and was hoping to receive a booking reference before I left the UK. They continued to tell me it would be sent to my email in 2-3 working days and I never received anything. After waiting days and even weeks I called up only to receive the same response( 2-3 days).
The way these scammers treat you is absolutely disgusting with constant lies and promises leading to nothing. I eventually requested a refund after becoming irritated with their lack of communication and they gave me the same issues, repeatedly telling me I would “receive a refund in 10 days.” After ten days and my many attempted calls, I was ignored. They even memorised my number so they could avoid any form of contact with me, as they know what they have been doing to me and the many others who are in the same situation, is wrong. My complaints will be heard from the police and anyone else I need to inform to make sure this company is stopped and no more people are losing their money to these indecent thieves.

WARNING ⛔️ This is a company that engages in FRAUD as a matter of every day business practice.
Long story short, bought a refundable ticket that I paid $350 more for so I had the ability to cancel or change flights. They didn’t allow me to cancel nor change my flight and now I’m going to have to find a way to sue them in Barcelona.

Bought a flight ticket in 2003 and they threw in this "membership" trap and charged £89.99 automatically. When challenged on the renewal date, they refused to refund saying membership is not refundable.
so many better alternatives out there, a business employing this kind of dodgy business practice simply cannot be trusted, no wonder it has a 1 star review

The worst experience. I have a problem and I need customer support but the thing is no one is getting in touch with me. I can’t call from Malaysia so I send them emails, I wrote them in the support chat and no response at all. Today is 10 days and still no answer from them. I don’t even understand what is the purpose of the E prime, NO PRIORITY SUPPORT, Scamming Prices, I comared the prices for hotels between different platforms and even with prime the price usually is 1$ more expensive, rental cars the same. Even Skyscanner is beating their prices for airline tickets. Writing a review is one of the last actions I wanted to do. I really tried to get in touch with them but promising one thing and giving totally different is a scam so my next thing is to complete a case with Better Business Bureau if they don’t react until Monday.

Their contact number has mysteriously disappeared and they are not responding to emails.
I admit I was stupid & naive as the company called me following several online searches for a flight from Kigali to Entebbe without my soliciting their help but I put in down to data sharing/cookies and I had used the company a few years ago, so I went ahead. They took the money, sent email to say booking is confirmed & reserved and to expect tickets via post. They didn’t arrive and when I turned up at airport, airline said I couldn’t fly without paper ticket from edreams. Booking reference meant nothing. Edreams never sent the ticket and NOT ONCE did they state I couldn’t fly without the paper ticket nor did they follow up to ensure ticket had been delivered or provide proof of sending. There is no customer service number or after sales email. BE WARNED

I have been asking for my invoice which is a legal requirement for over a month now, after 30 emails and least 30 calls, 4-5 complaint forms…nothing but stupid apologies, useless generic email replies! They are a bad joke!

Cherry on the top: they’ve just charged me 89£ pryme membership subscription and won’t give me my
Money back, will go to consumer’s office and police they can’t just keep on stealing money for something I did not specifically ask for and I requested it back!

Liars, thieves, scams, to which consumer office do I need to take this? Spain? UK? Anyone knows?

Worst flights company I've tried to book with. Original cost was £312 went through with loads of extras they were trying to sell you. Clicked no on all of them went to pay and it came back that the price had gone up to £468. Unbelievable. Will now never use these even if cheapest and have advised my sales/marketing manager not to use ever.

DO NOT USE they are scamners and won't help you if you have a problem once they have your money don't care useless man on the phone bad customer services. If I could give -10 I would.

This company was supposed to notify me that there was a cancellation of a flight and they never did. I had to purchase a whole new ticket with a new airline and eDreams said they could do nothing about a reimbursement. They blamed the airline. The loser airline, btw, is Wizz Air Malta. Avoid them as well. They cancelled my flight from Rome to Reykjavik the day before day of travel. What a nightmare. eDreams said they could do nothing about it and left me with picking up a very costly loss. Avoid this scam online travel agent. I will never use them again.

Terrible experience, when you have a problem, no help at all . All they say is to wait . For a name correction waited for 4 months , and they unable to resolve my issue , never ever take tickets through them

they are 100% scammer, and all their travel insurance is not real. when you want to cancel your trips and you have all their travel insurance they will turn around and said your flight is not refundable. and you only get 20% money back from original amount. like what heck? totally scammer and they will gave you a fake insurance to contact. I DON´T KNOW WHY AIRLINES TRUSTED THIS AGENCY
