I did visit with low expectations but I was so wrong, the young lady assisting me was amazing so helpful, I wish I had taken her name she deserves a shout out, the shop is beautifully laid out, I chose Issey Miyake I would not be able to tell the difference from the original, all at a silly price. I ordered a mini foundation thinking if it is rubbish I haven’t wasted to much money but pretty blown away the nicest foundation I have ever used and I am 65 so always looking for something more suitable for older skin, the only problem is I need to buy the larger size now

Corner bookcase very well priced, free delivery a huge bonus. Flat pack so was worried it might be difficult but I was able to assemble within an hour and I am useless at flat packs. Looks great very pleased

I usually only review when annoyed, but I thought I should review for a positive experience. Desperately needed a new mattress but would prefer to spend €1,000 on a holiday, I ordered the most expensive mattress and thought if it turns out to be a disaster I will be only €250 out of pocket, it arrived before the dead line and I am beyond pleased now feel like I am sleeping on a cloud bargain of the year

ordered 3 bedroom furniture items 18/04. 1st item arrived promptly, 2nd item a bedside table arrived 6th June, dumped outside my front door while I was at work, keep on getting alerts the chest of drawers will be arriving and then silence, as it is nearly 3 months, I emailed explaining issue and pointed out as I was buying buy now pay later, surely the last item should have a deferred date, got a call from their call centre which is in India lovely polite people but nothing on this planet will get them to go off script offered nothing more than saying they will submit a complaint, no wiser, no solution offered, not a patch on what was Littlewoods previously, second really bad experience this year, wearing very thin

The parcel had either ripped in error or on purpose re wrapped with scotch tape, a belt was missing from the dress, the very expensive coat the zip is broken and the pillow I ordered, turquoise blue you delivered a pink one with a peacock on it !!! Now saying all this I usually do have good experience with Littlewoods so maybe someone did tamper with this order all going back
