I am deeply disappointed with the service of the official Ted Baker online store in Serbia (tedbaker.rs). I ordered a men's shirt on July 1st, and it took them 20 full days to deliver a single item within the same country! Because of this extreme delay, the item missed the birthday occasion it was purchased for.To make matters worse, their customer support flatly lied to me on the phone, promising the package would be sent "the next day." When the package finally arrived today, it was a complete catastrophe for a premium brand. The expensive shirt was thrown into a basic courier bag completely bare – with no box, no protective cellophane, and no tissue paper. It arrived completely unprotected and heavily wrinkled.While they post fancy announcements on Instagram about continuing their business online, their actual service is a disgrace to Ted Baker's global standards. The only good thing is the quality of the shirt itself, but the customer experience is an absolute zero. Avoid ordering from the Serbian website!

As for the sizing, this issue has now been reported to the relevant department to ensure our sizing is as accurate as possible so that there are no issues when receiving what should be the advertised measurements.
When dropping off your return, you should have received a postage receipt however your parcel is covered for any potential loss or damage in transit when using our return label, and the return tracking will be registered with us, meaning that, should there be any issues, we will be able to resolve any issues with your return with no problems at all.
We sincerely apologise for all the recent troubles you've had with us.

Ordered multiple items and while sizing is slightly off on all items, there was shirt with sizing extremely off and I'm very disappointed. I have several Ted Baker shirts and this is the first time I have had this issue. Not only did I have an issue with the sizing not being as advertised and as expected (based on past purchases) I had to pay for my return ($10), there is no in-store returns and no exchanges online or in-store.
Overall very disappointed and I will strongly reconsidering shopping at Ted Baker or recommending in the future.

Returns labels don't work
Kept one item which looked lovely and fitted beautifully. For the other two, I still don't have a returns label despite asking for one within 48 hrs of delivery. They sent 2 both of which aren't standard DPD ones and wouldn't work at drop off after 30 mins of trying with the drop off partner's best efforts. Will update review if they sort. Am only leaving this review as Ted Baker emailed me with a link to here to comment on my experience.
Update, TB team reached out and sent a DPD courier to collect from our house. I will increase my rating if and when I get a refund.
