One star is too high for Wardow
One star is too high for Wardow, ordered an Abro bag, cost £250. Broke in one week. Went through the process of organising a return expecting a refund as a design fault. This company absolutely refuse to issue refunds it seems, expect you to wait 8 weeks while it is inspected. Terrible customer service . I’m still fighting to get my money back. Be careful if you order something expensive and then it develops a fault you might not get your money back.

Returns are exorbitant making them not worthwhile if you're not EXACTLY sure about the purchase
The bag arrived in good time and condition. However it didn't work for my outfit. The cost of returns was half the cost of the bag. You have to return to Germany at your expense. Mine was a small bag but the cost of this to return it was still £47 (they don't want you to use EVRI or UPS) and the return instructions made it sound like there were so many points I could get wrong that I would be fined for, I decided to keep the bag and sell on Vinted. I wouldn't buy from them again unless I had seen the item in person.
