Quick service

The rug is too thin with very low pile not 12mm as advertised. So it doesn't feel comfortable under my feet and I can still feel the hard floor. It also can't stay still in one position, moving and slipping alot. The colors are lighter than I imagined. It's impossible to vacuum clean it. Iam disappointed with this purchase and it doesn't worth the money spent.

Very pleased with the rug, and it looks lovely in my sitting room. The colours are subtle and restful, and the pile soft. It was delivered very quickly and I was kept informed by email of when it would be arriving. I'm now seriously considering getting an additional rug for another area of the room.

From start to finish if was easy to order a lovely soft rug from kukoon and it was delivered in 2 days this is my second rug from them im so glad i came across kukoon rugs

Fantastic service ordered 1st rug not happy colour white thought it was cream had to return was quick and efficient collection. Ordered another one was blown away with quality looks amazing.
