Over priced poor quality printed rug
The rug arrived folded up which was a red flag. When I opened it I could see immediately that it was a thin, cheap, printed rug, when I paid a premium price. When you step on it the dark print changes to white, which to me is unacceptable.
Customer service were excellent. They responded very quickly, offered a resolution and ultimately we came to an agreement.
If you don’t mind a printed rug, you might be happy but I would suggest it’s over priced.

This construction is different from traditional hand-knotted or thick pile rugs, but it offers the convenience of being machine washable without compromising on style.
Our rugs are carefully folded for shipping to make delivery more practical and environmentally friendly. As a result, temporary fold lines may be visible when first unpacked, but these typically relax and flatten naturally within 2–3 days of being laid flat.

Yasmin Vintage Mamluk rug. Beautiful rug, washable but still looks classy. Reasonable price in sale. The colours are lovely. Soft to walk on but good substantial non-slip backing. Customer service very good, replied promptly to email. Would recommend.

Nice rugs but terrible customer service
Giving 3 stars, not really down to the quality of the product but by the inability to make contact with Customer Service. The rugs I bought were expensive but seem to be of good quality, with the colour and pattern just as shown on the website. However, within days I'm having a problem with the corners of the rugs curling up which is presenting a trip hazard. I have been waiting for 5 days now for Customer Service to respond to my email, so it's really frustrating as there is no other means of making contact. Disappointed by the lack of post-sales care.

We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the quality, colour, and pattern of your rugs. Regarding the curling corners, this can occasionally happen after unpacking. As mentioned in our email, placing a few heavy objects, such as books, on the corners for 3–4 days usually allows them to relax and lie flat.
If the issue persists after trying this, please reply to our latest email and we'll be more than happy to continue assisting you until it's resolved.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. A considered purchase for our home and we loved the design so after debating for a long time, we went for it. I’m incredibly disappointed with the quality of the rugs as ours had completely deteriorated within a year. For a company that claims ‘high quality’ and ‘craftsmanship,’ it has let us down on both parts. We had issues from day one - after managing the rolling side that wouldn’t flatten, it developed wear holes in the middle. And a year later, an entire side has come undone so we will have to replace it. This was in a low footfall area where the side that had completely broken was actually protected from wear by being on a side of the room that we didn’t use! Customer service have said they cant do anything after a year. I would expect a £360 rug to last longer than a year. It’s unacceptable. I would recommend against buying from this company. Such a shame as the designs are great. Unfortunately the quality is not where it should be. I’ve had much cheaper rugs last much much longer.

Unfortunately, after such an extended period of use, we're no longer able to determine whether the condition is due to a manufacturing issue or the effects of normal wear and tear over time. For this reason, we were unable to offer the resolution you were hoping for.
We understand that this is disappointing, particularly as you loved the design, and we're sorry that we couldn't provide a different outcome. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and our service.

discolored rug
The rug I purchased has discolored spots the company said that is usual with the dark colored rugs and I could exchange it for a lighter on that the lighter color underneath wouldn’t show! The pattern of dragonfly’s is amazing I just wish the quality was better!

I have to admit I hesitated
I have to admit I hesitated - an unknown to me rug coming from Turkey and supported in the UK. But the price was good and the rug was gorgeous.
Long story short, ordering was easy, delivery was shockingly fast. I ordered a second one (yes the first was so nice that I couldn't resist) and when it turned out that I had to exchange it for a different size, the support team was awesome - fast and helpful.
The rug is also really nice - low pile but not cheap at all and the colors are gorgeous.
I am a happy customer and am now thinking about where to put a third one!
