This company will destroy your company

This company is destroying my business. I talked my employer into using Monday as a work management platform. Keep in mind they advertise themselves as "Work Management."

Shortly after migrating and adding all of our clients and tasks into Monday, we noticed that tasks weren't populating into the my work section. Monday was not pulling tasks assigned to people where they can see them.

At the top of the screen I kept getting a notice that it only allowed 1000 boards. I only had 250 boards. Tasks were getting missed and clients were getting mad because well, their tasks weren't getting completed.

At this time I reach out to customer service. I send them an email and it took almost a week for them to respond back. The response was an obviously canned email. I respond back, After several back and forth I get an actual employee. He makes me screen record all of these things and then says "your right, you don't have 1000 boards", then he says I am going to have to escalate this to developers.

A week goes by and I get a message from another guy, obviously not a developer, just a so called customer service rep. His first response... the exact same canned email I already got. I responded, and his response, was the exact same canned email for the second time. After several back and forths. He schedules a screen share meeting. In this meeting he confirms, that I do not indeed have 1000 boards, and that there is a problem with tasks being pulled into my work section. At this point he says he is going to reach out to the developers.... 3 weeks have now gone by. On this call the "tech" tries selling me on more services and upgrades. For real? The most basic feature and need of your software doesn't work and you are trying to upsell me?

The customer service rep emails me back saying, its a big problem that happened in the last update and it can't be fixed, but there is a work around. I try the work around, it doesn't work. At this point the person tells me, oh well the work around doesn't work and we can't fix the problem so I am closing this ticket out.

Monday is so focused on pretty colors and AI features that they can't make a work management system that does the very basic and most important thing necessary for a work management system, ability to assign and track tasks.

Just last week we had more than 20 tasks that disappeared into the latest update glitch. That is more than 20 customers I have to do damage control from. Unfortunately, I have to wait for the budget to allow a migration to another work management system.

Upsells,
Pointless AI features
Pretty colors
Terrible, untrained customer service.
Monday is for you.

If you want work assigned promptly and adequately, with little issue. Find a different platform.

Paid $100 for credits

Paid $100 for credits. Then ordered three articles. Not one of them was actually published and it took almost 1 month to find that out. Requested a full refund for the credits I have with the company. No refund coming.

Review of FlixBus

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

I purchased a FlixBus ticket to travel from Ukraine into Poland in order to catch an international flight to the United States following the death of my mother. I intentionally booked this itinerary with a six-hour buffer before my flight to account for potential delays at the border.

The bus departed approximately 1 hour and 49 minutes late. While inconvenient, this delay was within a range I could reasonably accommodate given my time buffer.

However, upon arrival at the Poland–Ukraine border, the situation escalated significantly. Despite there being only two buses ahead of us, our bus remained stationary for approximately four hours while other buses that arrived later were processed and allowed to proceed.

We were then informed that our driver was unable to continue into Poland. Whether due to licensing, legal authorization, or other regulatory issues, the driver assigned by FlixBus was not permitted to complete the international route. This required a replacement driver to be dispatched from Poland, resulting in a multi-hour delay.

After the replacement driver arrived, we then spent an additional 2.5 hours clearing border control, during a busier time. It would have been faster had we crossed the border when we first arrived. Following this, Polish authorities held the bus further due to discrepancies in documentation and timing irregularities, which appear to have stemmed from the earlier disruption.

As a direct result of these compounded delays—primarily caused by FlixBus assigning a driver unable to legally complete the route—I missed my international flight by approximately four hours. Due to the cost of last-minute rebooking, I was unable to continue my travel and was forced to return to Kyiv.

This caused me to miss my mother’s funeral.

While I understand that delays can occur due to factors outside a company’s control, assigning a driver who is not legally authorized to complete an international route constitutes a fundamental operational failure. This is not an unforeseeable circumstance, but a preventable error within FlixBus’s responsibility.

Nothing works

I tried ordering some things through Nova Poshta Global. However, when it came time to enter a shipping address, the store branch wouldn't auto populate. If I entered the store branch and pressed enter it would just delete it. No matter how many different ways I tried to enter it, I couldn't. I sent an email to customer support.... nothing.

Finally in the address section, I just added the address of the Nova Poshta Location closest to my house. Well delivery day comes and they keep calling me. I don't speak Ukrainian, so no communication part doesn't make it easier, so that if my fault. After about four days of people calling speaking to me in a language I can't understand, someone calls who speaks English. I tell them just to leave the package at the store, which is the address I gave them. They say it will be $15. To change the delivery address.

Their website doesn't work, and they want to charge you extra because they are changing the address from the branch location, to the branch number. Never again.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. If you have a problem with a credit, and you don't have a current reservation, they won't help you. Their chat bot, is simply an data regurgitator that can't solve any complex issues.

I spent more than 8 hours with their chat agents to try and change a ticket. The shift changed and a new person came on, started asking me the exact same questions, we had to start all over.

They give you credit, but the credits are extremely limiting. AKA you have to fly out of the exact same country you originally were. You have to use it within the next couple of months.

Buy a ticket from this company save a hundred dollars, but lose 1500 if you have to take credit instead.

Great product... if it is ever delivered.

I ordered their products three times. The first time they arrived, and I loved them. I wore them everywhere. They didn't last nearly as long as I hoped they would. But they were the most comfortable thing ever.

I ordered a second pair when I was in Poland. I was there for a month. The socks never arrived. They tried to deliver them 2 days (so they say) after I left Poland. They don't give you an option to rush and their time frames are very optimistic.

Because I was 50/50 on the company at this point, I decide to try and order another pair. So I did, it says they were delivered at the Nova Poshta I selected but Alas, they don't have them there.

The biggest problem with this company is they don't really provide tracking information. They just use one of those fake, ghetto want to be tracking platforms, whose updates are about as useful/accurate as "your product is moving around the solar system".

Will not spend another cent with this company. Requesting a fraud chargeback from bank.

Signed up for a 3.95 week premium trial. The premium trial was a hoax. You couldn't do anything with it. The exact same day. I cancelled and asked for a refund.

They gave me a refund, and seven days later billed my card for 30 euros.

I wrote customer service and they said you have to manage your own subscription.... which is hilarious because I had already cancelled. This site appears to be part of the 1st international network, which runs shady sites like hitlovenow, russian brides club and at least 20 other websites that are all notorious scams.

I am filing a fraud charge with my bank, this will guarantee that they break the law everytime they charge my card.

More Chaotic Than A Donald Trump Word Salad

Tried to bid on something. Keep in mind the bid automatically comes with a 12.95 fee for yearly registration with Dynadot. So after I pay for the domain I would actually be paying Dynadot.

However, I can't bid because I haven't spent money at Dynadot..... I am trying to spend money at Dynadot but I can't spend money at Dynadot, because I haven't spent money at Dynadot....

This is a new level of tautological stupidity. So... I just went to Godaddy, paid them to negotiate a sale with the owner of the domain instead. Sure it probably cost more money, but why should we reward stupidity. Can't really figure out Dynadots business model but it is on par with a Donald Trump word salad.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Dynadot, we take security very seriously, and this extends to securing the integrity of our auction platform by requiring any bidders to have spent at least $5 in the past 365 days. This helps us to ensure that all auction participants are legitimate, and protects our auction platform from abusive actions such as shill-bidding and winning bidders that fail to pay for an auction, potentially depriving a legitimate bidder of the chance to purchase the domain. Unfortunately, leaving the auction platform open to bids from any accounts would likely lead to a great increase in the volume of illegitimate and abusive auction users.

For new customers looking to participate in our auctions we’d usually recommend adding a prepayment of $5 to the account, as this will be added as account credit which can later be used as payment towards a new order. Successful auction participants will often apply this credit towards the payment for their winning bid. We can also refund this prepaid credit if it hasn’t been spent and the request is made within 30 days, so that customers who don’t win their desired auction and have no other plans for the credit can receive a full refund.

If you have any questions about our auction platform, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re available 24/7 via live chat, and we can also be reached by email at info@dynadot.com.

Review of Cyprus CreditUnion

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Stay away from this Credit Union

Stay away from this Credit Union. They are great as long as you don't have an emergency or travel anywhere. Never had problems with it, until they made a bad dream into an absolute nightmare. I have banked with them for probably 7 or 8 years. I have always been pleased with their service, until I traveled overseas.

I lost my debit cards at the same time. I called them and asked them to send me some new ones rushed. I was able to use my google wallet to pay many places, but a lot of places don't accept google wallet. Several places you need cash. I wasn't able to do a moneygram or anything because I didn't have the 3 digit security code on the back. So getting cards sent was of utmost importance. I ask them if the person watching my house can come to the branch and pick them up, nope they can't do that. They have to be mailed. They said sure we can get you cards to Kyiv in 3 to 5 business days. Well I am staying at an Airbnb, that doesn't even have a mailbox, because you know... permanent airbnb's don't usually receive mail. I asked if they could send it care of to a friends business. Nope It has to be sent to my name. Ok I get it. So rush them to my house, then the exact same person they won't let them pick up at the branch, can open the mail, take a picture and send to to me.... So much for their overprotective security measures. 3 to 5 business days not a problem. Well 5 business days come and go no cards....

Meanwhile, I am using Google pay at an establishment that I have used my cards at, at least 100 times in the past year, with no problems, gets flagged as FRAUD. Yup you read that right, FRAUD. There hasn't been any issues with fraud and my cards for the past year and probably a hundred transactions at this establishment, but now it's FRAUD!!! Really????? So here I am no cash, no card, and no way to pay a $500 bill. They send me a text asking if it is fraud, I say no. They send me an email, once again I say no. Still declined. This is a Sunday, so I can't get a hold of anyone who can help. They are about to call the police on me and here it could easily be 6 months or more in jail before you see a judge, forget any chance for a phone call. Luckily for me there was another American veteran in the establishment that paid for me.

So now it is 10 days after they were supposed to send the cards out. I call them. Keep in mind phone calls cost me 25 cents a minute, and earlier in this trip, they kept declining my Uber charges for FRAUD too. So I had been making calls then to. I am now to the point where dealing with Cyprus and being put on hold has racked up over 100 dollars in phone charges. When I call them, they say oh they shipped out on the 13th... almost a full week after they said they were going to "RUSH" them. Later they call back and say, oh the problem was, they weren't rushed. We are going to have them rushed out this afternoon, which means, another 3 to 5 business days. Wonderful.... I have to catch a bus back to Warsaw, for a flight home in 4 business days. Guess what... the bus service doesn't take gpay... I need cash... I can't get cash because I don't have a card to send it moneygram. I can' do a bank transfer for moneygram but those take about 5 days. I would have done that originally, if I would have known, that Cyprus Credit union considers 15 working days, a RUSH!

So almost 6 months in jail.... most likely missing my bus and flight home, no money or cash for the last 2 weeks, because Cyprus didn't click the RUSH button. They can't let the exact same person who is going to open the mail and take a picture of the card, actually pick the card up, which would have saved me over 100 dollars, a huge headache, rescheduling airline fees, extra stay at the airbnb fees. Apparently they would rather risk their customers going to Jail, than actually helping their customers out. COPULATE THIS BANK!

Then I actually get home. So I am in the states. With my actual card in hand now. Try ordering some flowers for delivery.... DECLINED! Fraud. Make several telephone calls and over two hours on phone calls.... DECLINED FRAUD.

Then I get a call from the COO telling me I should be nicer to his employees. Ignoring the fact, I was nice the first 30 times I called and the first 100 dollars I spent in international roaming fees. Apparently, the incompetence starts at the top and fizzles down. Sounds like if the Credit Union would have fixed the problem before I almost went to jail.... I wouldn't have had a reason not to be nice.

This is the worst service imaginable

This is the worst service imaginable. I lost my credit cards in Kyiv on a Friday night. I have no access to money or my US Bank account. I called stateside to have my mother send me emergency money for the last two weeks. After trying to send it online several times and having it rejected for "suspicious", my mother went down in person.

After she used her Government issued ID in person. It was still flagged for "suspicious" and she had to call the 1-800 number because you know... someone on a computer 2000 miles away can verify things much better than an in-person interaction that is looking at the physical id.

So here I am in Kyiv. Trying to get my money. They have 15 places listed within 1km of where I am staying that I can pick-up money. All but 4 of them are banks. Not one of the banks will help you unless you have an account there. If I had an account there I wouldn't need Western Union. So Western Union is claiming they have all these locations, but they really don't. Western Union says that third party vendors can set their own rules, well if that is the case and they are only offering Bank Services, then they shouldn't be claiming to offer Western Union Services.

Now the other four places. Not one of them has enough money to pay out the transfer. 1k measly dollars. They have 6k square foot postal businesses that take up the whole floor of buildings located in the most expensive part of the business district, and not one has 1k dollars in cash.

I call Western Union and their solution is to cancel the transfer and do a bank to bank account transfer instead? Really to what bank? The one in the US that I can't access?

The only solution is to do it in smaller amounts like $250. But guess what, four transfers at $250, flags fraud again, because a normal person would just do one at $1000.

It is going on 72 hours and I still can't complete a transaction through Western Union.

In Reply to Western Unions response.
UKRPosta is the 6000 square foot postal center that doesn't have 39k Ukrainian dollars (equivalent to 1k us dollars) on hand. They can't cash me out.

The Nova Posta couldn't cash me out either and suggested I try UKRPosta. It's so cute that they obviously didn't read my review about how none of the places could cash me out, thought I was too stupid to find their locations and sent me address to two places I have already tried, including one I mentioned in my review. This is the exact quality of customer service you get from them.

We cancelled the original transaction and tried doing a series of smaller transactions... and as I predicted flagged for fraud... they say please go online and fill out a stupid questionairre so we can determine if you really need the money..

YES I DO!!!!!!

You can't make up this level of incompetence.

Review of Travelocity

Abysmal.

This is the most abysmal company I have ever worked with. I tried changing my plane ticket to leave earlier. Their IVR system didn't work. When I would push 1 it wouldn't register. However, when I would call Delta, my bank or anyone else it registered just fine. I even went through all the potential trouble shooting tips I could find.

Eventually I was forced to use social media. It took 8 hours. I am not joking 8 hours to get a flight. When it got time to actually book it, they switched customer service reps and I had to start all over.

I really needed to change my flight so I started all over again online. After another 6 hours of continual "I apologize, please let me help you and I will check on that just wait 3-5 minutes." Someone finally gave me a different number that accepts collect calls. Guess what, I got right through this time. When I got to an actual person they put me on hold and promptly disconnected me. I called back, got a supervisor who took more than 45 minutes to find me a ticket and by this time, the price had increased over $400. Travelocity didn't want to reimburse me for all the mistakes lack of efficiency, customer service that dragged one single ordeal on for almost 24 hours.

I will just pass and never use them again.

Turn your 100k into their 100k...

My 93 year old mother needed money to get into assisted living. She has been trying to withdraw or get money for over a week now. Nothing. They keep giving her the run around about having to go to a review.

One agent says yeah an EFT can be done by tomorrow morning, another one says has to go to the review board.

Not sure what my mom will do now.

Scam, no tracking without downloading their app.

I didn't check reviews and just ordered a couple of things. They say 9-15 working days for shipping. It hasn't been that long yet, however, I noticed that to actually track your package, you have to download an app.

Anytime a company has you download an app to track the shipping, you know that it is a bogus company.

I sent them an email, it took almost 7 days to respond. They said they were hand making the item then it would ship. I said if it hasn't shipped yet there shouldn't be any problem cancelling my order. They offered me a 40%. I told them I want a full refund.

No comment from them yet. Poor customer service and no tracking info provided. They aren't going to make the timetable they gave me.

Stay away from this company.

So I tried buying some Robux for my daughter. It said "send a charge or 2$ or less and I needed to verify the amount". The charge never came through so I couldn't advance payment.

I tried chat. The lady said send us a screenshot of your bank account showing a previous successful transaction. I didn't have a previous successful transaction. I still don't have a successful transaction.

Even if, why would I take a screenshot of my bank account to send to them? This is Identity theft waiting to happen.

When I point out that I can't send them a screenshot because we have yet to purchase something through them successfully, the give you a **** you statement, blame it on your bank and disconnect the chat.

Really, this payment system is a joke. I wonder how much money companies lose because of xsolla.
