I respectfully request the Icopify owner to please ask the Support and Accounts Teams to resolve my pending payment issue. I have been waiting for my payment for more than 4 months.

Victoria, Eric, Vivi, and Sarah are all aware of my payment issue. I have followed up with them several times, but I have received neither my payment nor a proper update.

I have worked with Icopify for a long time and completed many orders. Please review my case personally and ensure my pending payment is released as soon as possible.

Title: Refund agreed in writing on 23 July. Still unpaid 27 days later, and no replies.

I deposited $250 with iCopify to test the platform. All three of my orders were rejected on iCopify's side, and the funds were returned to my account balance rather than to my payment method.

On 23 July I asked for the balance to be refunded to my original payment method, since the publishers I needed weren't available on the platform. iCopify agreed the same day. Their message confirmed the full $250 would be refunded to my original payment method, asked me to confirm my PayPal address, and stated that refunds are processed within up to 15 days once added to their refund pipeline. I confirmed my PayPal address within two hours.

That was 27 days ago. The 15-day window they quoted closed on 7 August. Since then I have received: no funds, no transaction or reference number, no confirmation that the refund was ever added to the pipeline, and no reply to my follow-up emails. Their chat widget has not produced a response either.

To be fair to them, the support team agreed to the refund immediately and without argument when I asked. The problem isn't the policy — it's that nothing has happened since, and nobody will tell me why or when it will.

I'll gladly update this review if the refund is paid.

BEWARE OF THIS PLATFORM!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ON PUTTING YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH ICOPIFY. I REQUESTED A REFUND ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO AND HAVE FOLLOWED UP MANY TIMES, BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT PROCESSED IT. WORSE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE OR CLEAR UPDATE FROM THEIR TEAM. THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHASE A COMPANY FOR MONTHS JUST TO RECEIVE A REFUND AND A BASIC RESPONSE.

I paid for the placement on July 29. A week later, the post was removed. I contacted the publisher but received no response. I then contacted support and asked them to resolve the issue and restore the publication. I was told that everything would be resolved, but several weeks have now passed and nothing has been done. I have received neither a refund nor restoration of the publication. Support has also stopped responding to my follow up messages.

Terrible service. I absolutely do not recommend using this platform, given this kind of treatment and what appears to be outright fraud.

I request the Icopify support team to prioritise reseller payment issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. Resellers rely on these payments to pay publishers and website admins, so long delays can seriously affect their business.

I hope Icopify improves its payment support and responds to users much faster in the future.

Very disappointing experience with Icopify. Their support team is extremely poor and does not properly resolve problems when an issue occurs. Whether the problem is related to a client or a freelancer, getting a clear and fair solution from support is very difficult.

Instead of properly investigating the issue and helping both parties, the support process feels slow and ineffective. A professional platform should have responsive, fair, and reliable customer support.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I am highly disappointed with Icopify’s support team and hope they seriously improve their customer service.

Misleading pricing and extremely poor refund handling

My experience with iCopify has been extremely disappointing.

The pricing shown before purchase can be quite misleading. You may see an attractive price initially, but only after adding funds and going further into the purchasing process do you realize that the actual prices can be significantly higher. In some cases, the low price you first see appears to come from a supplier with a very low acceptance or success rate, while more realistic options cost much more.

This lack of pricing transparency was already frustrating, but the refund experience has been much worse.

I requested a refund of the balance I had deposited. At first, iCopify told me the refund would be completed within 15 days. After the 15 days passed, I was told it would take “a few more days.” Since then, I have received no meaningful update and no refund.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I was only testing the platform on behalf of my company. The refund request was mainly because we needed to switch accounts, and internally we had actually discussed continuing to use iCopify despite the pricing differences between suppliers.

After this experience, however, we have completely changed our position. We no longer feel comfortable continuing the cooperation, and I will also share this experience with colleagues and others in the industry who are evaluating similar suppliers.

For a business customer, this level of communication and failure to honor a stated refund timeline raises serious concerns about reliability. If this remains unresolved, we will consider pursuing the matter through our card issuer and, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

I would strongly recommend that potential buyers understand the actual supplier pricing and refund process clearly before depositing funds.

Do not add money after you have added money; they will raise all the costs of the post

I received content syndication services from your team that almost ruined my website. The links were coming from irrelevant, low-quality, and high-spam-score sites, and I actually had to submit a disavow file to Google to ignore them. This is very disappointing. Furthermore, based on my backlink analysis, several links that I ordered separately—which were supposed to be 'dofollow'—didn't link back to my website at all. Your support team has been extremely careless.

Poor quality links, never got indexed, it is a waste of money. Support always says it will check but never does anything. Don't waste your money.

AVOID. They have their team emailing and reaching out directly to customers asking for the customer to bypass the agency. Tom Carish did this. It also happened with another person where they reached out directly to the customer. I use a vendor that uses them which means white label was broken twice. I shouldn’t even know ICopify exists.

# Open Letter to Icopify

I am writing this open letter to share my personal experience with Icopify and to warn other users to be very careful before trusting this platform.

After reading many Google reviews, I realized that I was not the only person facing these problems. I now feel that trusting this platform was a big mistake as they are doing scams with people.

I deposited **$150** into my Icopify account and placed several orders. Unfortunately, some of those orders were never completed because the publishers did not fulfill them. Since I was no longer interested in using the platform, I requested a refund according to Icopify's own refund policy.

I was told that my refund would be processed within **7 days**.

Today, **more than one month has passed**, and I still have not received my money. Even worse, Icopify has stopped responding to my messages. I have sent **more than 50 messages** through their chat system and have contacted them multiple times using their Contact Us form, but I have received no meaningful response.

It is extremely frustrating to have my money held on the platform while my refund request is simply being ignored. As a customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and professional support, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

Another issue I experienced is the overall quality of many websites listed on the platform. In several cases, publishers contacted me directly outside the platform, which made the process feel unprofessional and raised serious concerns about the safety and reliability of the marketplace.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Icopify. A company that advertises a refund policy should honor it and communicate with its customers instead of ignoring them for weeks.

If my refund continues to be ignored, I will consider reporting this matter to the relevant consumer protection and regulatory authorities in the United Kingdom and will continue pursuing every legitimate option available to recover my money.

I sincerely hope Icopify resolves this issue and refunds my money. Until then, my advice to others is simple:

Non professional , very lazy support team

Another disappointing experience shared within our team regarding iCopify support.

One of our team members faced a withdrawal issue and repeatedly contacted support for assistance. After waiting for a long period and sending multiple follow-ups, the response received was not focused on resolving the payment concern. Instead, the communication felt discouraging and created concerns about potential account restrictions if further payment-related questions were raised.

For many freelancers and publishers, cash flow is critical. We often pay website owners and vendors in advance because quality placements and niche websites need to be secured before receiving payment ourselves.

When payment issues arise, freelancers need timely support, clear communication, and practical solutions. Delayed responses can create unnecessary stress, especially for small publishers and independent freelancers who are already managing tight budgets and client expectations.

I'm sharing this experience in the hope that iCopify improves its support process and communication with publishers.

iCopify is filled with thousands of low-quality, spammy link-farming websites. Most of the sites look like they exist purely to sell backlinks rather than provide any real value, traffic, or authority. The platform may look like it has a large marketplace, but once you start going through the listings, it becomes clear that a huge portion are complete junk. If you care about SEO quality, brand safety, or building links that actually help your website long term, I would be very cautious using iCopify. of complete utter junk, link farming websites.

I work for an SEO agency and signed up as a publisher after using the site on and off as a buyer. Due to my agency work, I thought offering my services as a publisher could be useful to buyers to access some new sites and earn me some extra money.

I spent a whole working day making a spreadsheet of my available sites, mostly private ones. I included a few that our agency pays for publishing rights, which means we can post and get published immediately.

As a test, I used a site that is free to join, and anyone can post an article with a backlink. However, with a free account, the link is nofollow. My account is paid, so you get a dofollow link, and is 14 years old, so I think it has more SEO weight than a new account.

I set my price at under $15, which I thought was fair.
However, when I look at the offer from the buyer's side, the offer is over $130. I assumed this must be a glitch and emailed, but haven't had a reply. This is disgusting; there is no way a link on this site is worth anything close to $30, let alone what they have priced it as.

Please respond, iCopify, because I think what you are doing is illegal, as you are doing it in an account in my name, which I would never have agreed to.

Paid $100 for credits. Then ordered three articles. Not one of them was actually published and it took almost 1 month to find that out. Requested a full refund for the credits I have with the company. No refund coming.
