I am really disappointed about how they…
I am really disappointed about how they handle the refund process. An error happened when I transferred money for my son’s education fees. I mistakenly put the wrong bank account number, that’s the error from my side, i admit that. But after that happened, i reported to them about the error less than an hour, that I sent to the wrong bank account. They replied that the account was not available so, my transaction was cancelled automatically and I would get the refund within 5-7 business days.
I waited patiently but didn’t receive anything. I followed up again and they replied that the issue has been transferred to their accounting team and I was told to wait for 2-3 business days again. I still waited but no updates at all. I sent an follow-up mail again but I received the same generic reply, which is to wait for more days.
The error happened since 19th of August and now is 6th of September, still no effective reply about the refund. As a customer using WU for over 10 years, I am really disappointed for the way they’re handling this kind of issue. I’m going to reconsider about using WU in the future.

I find the website is sometimes difficult to navigate. It takes to long after You have clicked on to continue to get to the next part. Saying this Western Union is the only money transfer company I would use and my family in the Philippines trust You. So just make the site more user friendly and move to each phase more quickly
