I really liked the product (clothing) but it was not straightforward to return the item. This differs greatly from other online retailers that I use. The website directed me to an article and from there to download a returns form!! It all seemed very old fashioned. I had to pay to return the item but the refund was swift hence the 3 stars

The depiction of clothes on the website is accurate, delivery is fast and efficient as was the refund in this case.

I was so pleased to be able to complement my irons with this Cobra Hybrid. It was in the sale, so excellent value too. I also had a query which was answered promptly.

I have bought several products for both me and my husband recently and been really pleased with the quality and style. Whilst I like the move to sustainable brown paper packaging, I do think that some of the more expensive items eg mens jacket, should be more carefully sent in a cardboard box. My husband's beautiful jacket arrived very creased and took some careful pressing. That is the only reason for 4stars - the clothes are great.

My only criticism of an otherwise very efficient service is that they fail to remind you at checkout that you have points to redeem - then it's too late to use them.

This is by far the softest bedlinen I have ever come across. I purchased the 100% linen duvet, sheet and pillowcases and am absolutely delighted with the colour and quality. I like the fact that you can request a swatch of up to six colours before spending such a lot of money. Happy to say it's well worth the outlay. I shall certainly buy from Secret Linen again. The handwritten note by the packer was a nice touch too.

The 2750 Cotu Classic trainers in Pink LT are stylish and a super baby pink colour. This is my third pair of Superga trainers and as usual they feel comfortable to wear straight away - even in bare feet. It's good advice to order a half size smaller than your normal shoe size.
