Really excellent Tracking from the moment in landed in the UK.
Was slightly confused about IF I had any option for 'Leave Safe' but didn't matter in the end as I was in.
Driver found me (can be difficult); he was Very cheerful, polite despite heat and he'd been on the road since VERY early morning.

I have provided all information required for security checks, bank statements etc including explanations to any queries.
I have received the SAME automated replies multiple times saying 'we need XYZ'; I've replied multiple times explaining I have done it, re-sending as needed etc..
I've received a couple of 'human replies' promising progress....but NOTHING gets progressed.
Supposedly a letter was posted to me a week ago...still nothing received.
Asked for it to be escalated to a Manager - NOT possible.
Now saying 'we're v. busy'...well of course, I'm now at the BOTTOM of a month's worth of application requests!
Currently I cannot recommend....although I do still live in hope of a 'real human response and FAST resolution' please... OR be honest RCI & tell me you do NOT want me/my money.

Used to be in the Trade for 'proper quality natural products'. Very happy with BWFO for my last 3 x orders
Organic NEW ZEALAND Green Barley Grass (grown in Volcanic soils = HIGHLY important so EU not in same league...unless I've missed Volcanos there!) - excellent product; use it daily for nutritional 'top up' Vits/Mins; brilliant for constipation too, or if needing to take painkillers etc. that 'bung one up'.
Also buy their MSM (critical for joint health) and Organic Cacao powder (for brain, energy, LOW in sugar unlike chocolate bars!).
Helpful Customer Service; good length of BBEs, so far always excellent delivery/speed too.
Like that this is also a 'family company' and UK based.

Long-standing customer. Previously in the industry. The NEW ZEALAND Organic Green Barley Grass is the 'best by far' as grown on Volcanic soils which only the best can be....so haven't seen any volcanos in Europe...so I avoid EU ones.
Sadly they didn't have the 500g Bags of the NZ GBG...so ended up buying some 100g bags as NOT willing to run out.
Excellent comms with them trying to wait until they had new stocks...even though I ended up hving to order before the new lot arrived.
Indigo Herbs are excellent IMHO.
Fingers X'd they can get the NZ product in soon...

25/7/23. Recently had problems with a company for which due to atrocious customer service, I'd had to leave that company a 1 star review. I contact company multiple times with NO replies and no ability to call them. So in desperation I contact Trustpilot to ask them to kindly get involved. It took 2 x attempt by TP to get the company to reply but eventually it did and now all sorted.
So THANK YOU Trustpilot...in times of need your customer service (Mohamed H in Content Integrity Dept) was FABULOUS.

12/7/23 VERY frustrated. Have had query on why discount NOT applied to order. Have sent MULTIPLE messages to help clarify via their CONTACT US page. Heard NOTHING. Extremely disappointed as when things go wrong, that is when customer service is key. Total inability to get M.Magpie to respond WILL make me reconsider using this company in the future and thus CANNOT recommend them. Shame as until now it has been very good (when everything went right)
25/7/23 - finally heard back from M.Magpie after Trustpilot kindly intervening and finally have a good, helpful reply. Better late than never and just hope M.Magpie improve customer service as w/out TPilot, nothing was happening.
So I SHALL buy again from MMagpie...and hope never need to use Customer Services!!! Thank You TPilot and MMagpie in the end :)
