Delivery was left in the communal close. Driver pressed my buzzer, I buzzed them in but parcel was just dumped in the close. Not the first time this has happened. Terrible service !!!

First time using the currency club, I exchanged Mexican Pesos and can honestly say the procedure was so easy. Emails to let me know currency had been received, transfer to my bank account, all within 3 days. Absolutely Brilliant, will defo use again.

You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership. As a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the Skip The Month button. With the Skip option, you can keep your subscription entirely for free.
For the members who don't want to Skip and don't want to be the part of the membership, we do have a Guest Checkout. The difference is that Guest members don't have access to our sales, promos and discounts on the new arrivals.

Purchased a £2.500 sofa in April. 30th June noticed 3 small tears on back of the 3 seater. Warranty wont cover this as it is "not a structual defect" insurance wont cover this as i cant offer an explanation why/how this happened. SCS after care sent me a quote to repair, £631.40. I dont think so. What a disgrace. No one is helping me so looks like a lawyer is next step.
