Dupa ce m au bazait cu reclama lor de am ajuns sa imi doresc deschiderea unui cont, nu au fost in stare sa realizeze deschiderea propriu zisa :). Pentru prima data in viata patesc sa nu trec de recunoasterea faciala.
Uitasem de ce am plecat de la banca asta acum 10 ani : incompetenta la tot pasul.

I made a very big stupid mistake.
Was the typical victim of an Olx phishing attack, starting with sharing my email during a chat with a potential buyer for one of my products.
I was really, really dumb, ok?
They stole 200 Eu from my account. But in 1 minute i understood my mistake. Contacted support, blocked and changed the card. All very quick.
And then, after sending proof , asking them to block the transaction, calling multiple times gor help....NOTHING.
Zero.
Raiffeisen had my money for hours after my mistake, but let the thieves get away with my money.
10 days since that moment and no sign from their support.
It's just incredible.
PS. These situations are so easy to solve if they just colaborate with authorities. Because the scammers are dumb, doing the same everytime. Just track them, get them. But nobody cares.

These guys designed the best phone i ever bought : Oppo A5 Pro 5G.
It has good battery . It starts independent in the morning and then starts the alarm. It has IPV68 or 69, am not sure. Has some military resistance certificate. Great cam compared to others in this price range.
Perfect RAM for these days and good CPU GPU.
Antutu score is more than decent for someone who plays games only on laptop/pc.

For the first time in my life i was scammed. And olx is the root cause.
They are greedy, delivering a terrible "livrare prin olx" system , far from being reliable/mature.
Thank God the amount of money was around 250 Eu and not more

Their customer support does not exist. It's a Fata Morgana. I literally cannot move past the "selfie" confirmation screen after deciding to go back to the platform. Amazing :)

EA SPORTS already had 1.1 stars out of 5 on Trustpilot. What can i add ?:) I am old, played Fifa since the first instalments and they lost me gradually: this greedy but not intelligent company transformed playing football with other gamers into a disgusting place where everything , absolutely everything is toxic and just wrong: they teach kids from the start of their lives to GAMBLE, they teach them to be toxic, to waste time, to open crates instead of playing football, the server connection is terrible year after year, they do not solve the reported issues, etc,etc,etc. I stopped playing years back and i gave them one last chance. That's it.

It's the first time in my life no matter what i try they still continue to email/spam me. They make small changes if you create a filter and start firing at you again. And again. This is pure dementia, stay away from them
