I have used the Timarco company several times and I have always been very pleased with the service provided. Prompt , efficient and reliable receipt of goods. The products were exactly as if purchased from the manufacturer.

Size of the property totally fulfilled our needs. It was well presented , clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent position for transportation, train station 2 mins walk, bus station 6mins walk and virtually in the centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and nearby.

A great property that fully accommodated our group of 7 women. Plenty of room for us all to sit together and socialise.Bedrooms spacious and 5 had en-suite facilities. Location was excellent and handy for bus and train (2 minutes walk) transport. Booking was straightforward

Booking process was easy. I was informed by email at each stage. The location of the property was rural and extremely peaceful. It wasn’t too far from the main places on the Northumberland coast. The cottage was warm,cosy and has high standards of decor and maintenance

From ordering the product to the delivery of the item the procedure was painless. The delivery men gave an excellent,friendly and proficient service. Kept up to date with delivery times and kept well within the initial times given. An all round very good service.

I live on a caravan park and our mail is delivered to a post shed and we then collect it. Parcels are delivered promptly and placed safely in the shed.

Ordered online for collection at the store. Was kept informed at every stage, by email,of orders progress. Arrived promptly . Unfortunately the training shoe was too big so I received a refund. I did try a smaller size but it wasn’t suitable. Good quality shoe. Nice colour for the brighter weather.

Once I got through to the call centre my call was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Everything was explained to me which I didn’t totally agree with and needs to be reviewed. Guy that came to the call out was friendly and managed to get my car started

I found the website relatively easy to navigate. I knew what holiday my friend and I wanted to go on, so was able to locate it easily. Choice of airport and dates most helpful. Plenty of information on the website . Might be helpful if the cost of deposit was shown before I was already well into the booking procedure.
