We were able to book everything we required for this holiday and Lorraine was very helpful with her knowledge of Costa Rica and the trips we have booked.

I recently returned from Puglia & the South undiscovered Italy holiday .
The tour guide Luca was very knowledgeable , interesting & kind.
The hotel was immaculately clean & in a beautiful setting . However the air conditioning , especially in the dining hall was totally inadequate that meant the evening meal was extremely uncomfortable after a some long ,hot tiring days.

Booking our holiday to Krakow was easy and number of queries I had post-booking were answered efficiently and effectively. One irritating point: the company asked for feedback after every call no matter how small the issue.
The flights were booked with EasyJet and our journey to Krakow and back went smoothly.
Beverley, our courier was pleasant, helpful and efficient. We didn’t have a great deal of contact with her except to/from the airport and the visit to Auschwitz. However, she was well informed and able to answer any questions effectively.
The hotel, INX Design in the Jewish Quarter was excellent: helpful staff; very clean and lovely room with a modern bathroom. We really liked the area and a tram stopped outside the hotel which could take us to the Old Town if needed.
Many scenes in Shindler’s List were filmed behind the hotel in the old square.
One issue which would improve the experience of guests would be the greater use of headphones on walking tours. Our group was large and some slower than others. Headphones would ensure that every member of the group could hear everything which the guide was saying. This was not the case an our walking tours of the Old Town nor outside at Auschwitz II.

I had a problem with obtaining my boarding passes. I called NM on a Sunday and spoke to Jesse. He went over and above to help me. He was very kind and sincere. Listened to my problem and had endless patience with me and resolved my problem 100%. Leaving me with the greatest of confidence.

Answered immediately. A very friendly lady called Linda was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and offered to ring me on the day before the departure.

I went to Poland. Beverley was my Newmarket rep. Beverley was always polite, friendly and helpful and very informative. I would be happy to go with Newmarket and have Beverley as my rep again.

I saw they had a holiday in Iceland with a chance to see the Northern Lights, something I’ve always wanted to see. I decided to ring them because I have had very good phone calls with them in the past. Using the call back button I was called within a minute and a very friendly and efficient responder answered all my questions and booked exactly the experience I hope for.

A spectacular trip touring Trentino-Alto Adige. Every detail was perfecto. Day trips via bus, train, funicular and cable car with three days to spend as you wished. Molvino is beautiful. Hotel was brilliant with breathtaking views. The tour guide Mariangela was excellent and shared valuable information each day to enhance greatly our stay thank you. Would definitely recommend.

A very well organised tour from start to finish. Our tour guide, Beverley, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable on Krakow and her delivery is very engaging and humorous. Bev always went above and beyond, for instance when we met her off duty in town and asked for recommendations for food, sites to look at etc. Krakow was an excellent place to visit, steeped in history, could easily have stayed a few more days, and of course the more sombre obligatory visit to Auschwitz Birkenau. Great holiday and thank you Beverley!

Great holiday, all planned and executed well taking away the hassle of doing it yourself.
We were very impressed with Krakow, steeped in history, well preserved, clean and safe. 5 stars all round.

We had 5 days in Krakow thanks to Newmarket compensating us with vouchers after our Peru trip in 2025 had issues beyond Newmarket’s control. Very generous of them.

Our Newmarket agent in Krakow was Beverley, such a friendly, kind natured woman with extensive local knowledge. Beverley was a caring woman with the clients interest at heart. She’s very well versed in Krakow from historical facts to best restaurants! Always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much for her. Newmarket are very lucky to have her!!

It was easy to review what was included in the holiday and once we had decided to book it, it was straight forward to book.
