I had a problem with obtaining my boarding passes. I called NM on a Sunday and spoke to Jesse. He went over and above to help me. He was very kind and sincere. Listened to my problem and had endless patience with me and resolved my problem 100%. Leaving me with the greatest of confidence.

The delivery driver banged on the window of my 93 yr old Dad, who is disabled and nearly broke the glass. He left the parcel on the step and did not wait for anyone to answer the door. Dad had great difficulty in getting it off the step. Left the front gate wide open. Not amused. In fact I am disgusted.

I love the selection of wools and brand choices. One colour of my selection was not available and I was contacted by email and by phone to select an alternative colour. All delivered in excellent timing. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Spoke to personnel about product. Easily explained how to order. Video easily understood. No fuss to order and prompt delivery. I could fit the shower seal within about 10 minutes including measuring and cutting time.
